Ascension - brought to you in part by Firstborne Inc.
An episodic nation RP in the works and intended to consist of a variety of player-made nations either battling it out or working together against all odds to survive and advance to the next ERA inside of an artificially created environment.
Episode One will have the Roleplayers create their race or choose a premade one; then utilize that race/species to battle for dominance and unlock new items with resources earned by completing topics and receiving 'loot' at the end of said topic. Also, this RP is all genres but your factions will undergo a reviewing process by the GMs and Admin before approval... don't be intimidated by this though - for the sky is the limit.
Looking For...
GMs to moderate topics for individuals utilizing a universal process of distributing 'loot'.

Concepts to be present in Ascension
All liable to change, but not certain.
Coalitions/Alliances: These are basically player-made factions and species allying with each other for the long term or short term... respectively.
Roles: Your role is decided by what you want to do with your faction, make sure they are versatile, as you will be warned of your faction/species versatility when you make one from scratch.
Technological Advancement: Technology is a main focus of some, if not most Nation RPs and this one is no exception.
Economy: Economy will be a weekly distribution to players, but can be earned by completing 'job topics' with your friends or alone. Fortunately, you will have a resource cap based on your current storage facilities... so you won't be able to just pile it up, and even if you did do that - it'd just get stolen by thieves and the like, and nobody posts guards to guard a pile of metal... unless they're weird.
Offense, Defense: These will both be present in the RP. You will be tasked with defending positions, attacking positions, such as an enemy main base or encampment.

Food: To control the population cap of your faction.
Wood: Utilized to build all sorts of buildings
Metal: Primarily Used for Units
