Hello! Welcome everyone! I always get super nervous starting these things. I know this post might be a little long, but I'd really appreciate it if you could stay around until the end!
To get started off, I'll tell you a little about myself! My name is Emma and I'm 22 years old. I've been roleplaying for about six years. I prefer longer posts. I normally post at least four paragraphs for every reply. Now, don't get me wrong. I can post a novel if you'd prefer. The only problem I have is that I tend to want at least two paragraphs for response. I understand that this isn't always possible because sometimes shorter posts are needed to help a roleplay progress. Just make sure it's a one or two time thing! I am comfortable playing both genders and my favorite type of roleplay is one where I can double (meaning, I play a male and a female as does my partner).
I am 18+ and, while I'm not going to require my partner to be so, if you want to include mature themes, you need to be at least 18 as well. Otherwise, we will fade to black. If you are 18+ and would like to include mature themes, I'm perfectly fine with that! My limits are very few. It's mostly tailored to my partner's limits. That being said, if I'm ever uncomfortable with something, I'll tell you. I expect you to do the same. I promise I don't bite!
I like every roleplay I do to include romance. It doesn't have to be the main focus, but without some I just find that I lose interest quickly.
Now, what I'd like in a partner is pretty simple. Once I find someone I click with, I tend to stick with them. I like partners who can meet me post for post and who help push the story along. If you plan on planning a roleplay with me and then bailing after one post, please don't even bother replying to this. I expect that, if we create a world together, we see it through. I see my characters as a part of me and I hope you do as well. You can be either male or female. I don't care. Please post at least twice a week. I can normally post at least once every other day, most likely more if I'm really into the roleplay. I expect the same from you.
Please be nice! If you don't like something my character is doing or I don't like something yours is doing, I want to be able to talk about it without either of us getting offended. If you find my character annoying, don't say that. Tell me why. If you do that, I'm not going to get mad! I promise!
While I do most things, these are things that I ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT DO!
*No incest.
*No underage relationships with adults.
*No MxM or FxF. I don't have anything against it. I just royally suck at it.
*No Mary-Sue characters.
