So recently I made a post looking for people to join a roleplay I had come up with, which I got no replies to. I figured that maybe it would help if I came up with some more details.
Things that aren't changing are the fact that I don't actually want to play a character at the moment. I'd rather just be a narrator or someone who comes up with setting. If I get bored I might come up with some villain or pull a sub-main to the side and think up a plot twist.
So here's some more in-depth details:
The main character (Currently nameless) has a subconscious power that causes his consciousness to float off into other dimensions and resume life as himself but of another dimension. He has no idea these things are actually happening, thinking they were just dreams and day dreams, until the dimensions start to collide and mix together. The home setting is going to be the world we currently live in, and the other dimensions (think Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles) may or may not have some kind of special trait to them that include super-natural powers. Along with new dimensions come people seeking a new world to conquer, etc. Colliding dimensions will not automatically join together so there will be a period of time where things could BECOME unstable and settings make drastic changes.
I'm thinking 3-4 friends (one could possibly become love interest with the main character), (?) TEACHERS, 1 principal, and 2 parents. (May add more or take away some)
When the dimensions collide people will be introduced that hadn't existed already, but people that exist in both dimensions won't exist together, instead their consciousness will mix together and their personalities will BECOME one. (therefore the actors should be able to create multiple personalities and mix them together into one.)
I don't really know if this makes the whole thing look more appealing, but I would really love for this to happen.
