Letixia comes from a wealthy home. Her father, Gerard, was quite successful as a merchant before retiring to the easy life. Her mother, Leila, was the only daughter of a wealthy family of Indiga, and inherited quite the fortune. Leila had plans to marry her off to the heir of another wealthy family, but Letixia refused every suitor. She had learned a lot about herbalism and business from her father, and with his help, received a business loan from the Indigan Council. With it, she opened up 'Letixia's Soothing Salves and Clinic'. It's on a fairly large property near the fringe of the city. Her house and shop are in the same large building, along with several other rooms. She's unmarried, with no suitors, and lives alone with her large Indigan Guard Dog, Rufus. Her shop sells herbs, remedies, salves, etc, as well as operating as a clinic for non-life threatening injuries. Most of her money, however, is in supplying various products to companies under the Sailor's Guild, everything from Sealing Tar for crafting ships, to preserves for keeping food good while traveling.
