Basically its gonna take place in either Metropolis or Gotham and will involve Heroes, Sidekicks, Villains, and Henchmen.
You can make new Heroes(Connected to Actual Hero) or Villains(Connected to Actual Villain).
So tell me:
METROPOLIS or GOTHAM
