Here is a list of all the noteworthy GM NPCs affiliated with the titular League in the RP League - First Blood which is going swimmingly. If any of the players feel the need to post a sidekick, mentor, or any other supporting NPC that goes here as well.
Founders
Keisha Richardson also known as the Imagineer, the first in Imagineer-class metahumans who can manifest objects made out of light from their imagination. Keisha is 29 years old and African-American, a native of San Francisco. She was of the first superheroes to be openly gay and she is a controversial figure in the volatile Post-Awakening climate. Keisha is a creative, artistic, and free-spirited soul and always had her head in the clouds when she was young. She entered college as an Art major and did more than her fair share of partying.
Her paintings were universally declared to be things of beauty however and her sculptures now adorn many San Francisco structures and parks. She manifested her powers during the Awakening and was one of the forces keeping the city from falling into chaos. She was one of the most powerful Superhumans to first manifest and continued to defend San Francisco post-awakening as well as dazzle the city with her legendary imagined displays. Keisha soon met up with other powerful and prominent heroes from across the country forming the first national hero team-up when they took down a supercriminal syndicate.
She remained in contact with them over the years and became especially good friends with Nitrous, the country's most visible speedster. She was one of the first members to be inducted into the infant stage of the League and her reputation, powers, and sociability made her a logical choice for a place on the Founding council. She remains one of the League's powerhouses and is also it's public relations expert making her an invaluable resource to the organization.
Born in Detroit, Michigan Emilio Sanchez, 30 years old, was used trouble. He had a large catholic family that struggled to meet end's meet and was often ignored by his parents. Emilio was troubled, isolated from his peers, and neither strong nor particularly smart. Emilio learned to his inner pain beneath a comedic facade and gained quite a reputation as a jokester a troubled young man beneath it all.
Emilio was bullied in school and often mugged, not strong enough to fight back. He was close to his siblings however and was known to try and make friends with absolutely anyone he could, the outcasts and freaks. He's used to running and hiding from his problems, developing a healthy dose of caution and respect for danger. With quick wits, fast action, and a fast mouth he managed to survive childhood and got a job as a mechanic in a small garage.
He loved going fast in his cars or when he ran. When he sped up it felt like all his problems washed away, the only thing that mattered was the wind in his hair and the sound of his heartbeat. One day on a run the world went black. When he woke up he saw his town was on fire, filled with screams and shouts. He started running but this time something was different. He was capital F Fast. He ran down the road back to home in less than a minute. He was the world's first Speedster. He decided to help his troubled town and hastily donned an old racing uniform, speeding around to help avert the crisis. He became known as Nitrous and was Detroit's Superhero. In the years that followed he helped bring Detroit back from the brink and went on missions with other national heroes finding a fast friend in Aurora. Being one of the fastest men alive, and an experienced hero he was an obvious choice to become a Founder and remains the standard for all Speedsters today.

Apogee is also known as Emily Johnson, Steven Johnson's 18 year old cousin. Emily grew up differently from her cousin, being much more social and athletic in nature but she and Steven were still quite close growing up, Emily saw him as the older brother she never had. Emily is sociable, compassionate, and strong-willed closely mirroring her older cousin but lacking his experience. Her powers manifested three years after the Awakening when she was accosted by a gang of teenage boys who attempted to assault her. She had been one of the few Steven had revealed his secret too and her admiration for him triggered her powers. She often helped him on missions but in a side role due to her youth. When she was Eighteen she finally joined the League and is one of it's brightest new members, a veritable poster girl for the Organization and a new generation of young Heroes. She is bright and idealistic but only time will tell if she will survive the rigors of her chosen profession and become a true hero.
30-year old Thomas Syed was born in San Diego, California. As a child he was quite the bookish type, always having his head buried in a text. His tastes were eclectic to say the least and he'd probably read his elementary school library by the fifth grade. Despite his obvious intellect he was also a very sociable, always taking the time to listen to his classmates and their problems, one of his defining characteristics is his altruism whether for better or worse. Thomas was bullied for being a bookworm but never took it to heart and get him down, often finding mischievous ways to exact revenge.
He remained much the same through middle school and high school, earning top marks while keeping a nice balance with his social life. Post 9-11 things changed for him and he was suddenly no more the friendly, smart, and handsome Thomas. He was an Arab and as such an enemy. The prejudice against him and those with the same color plagued him for quite a while as he attended college up north to get away from the hate. He dived into his books and became interested in the occult.
Thomas became an avid researcher of the supernatural, devouring any and all texts he could find on the mystical world. One day out of boredom he practiced a minor spell and found it worked. He had activated a long dormant magical talent. A whole new world opened for him and he rapidly increased his talent and skill, finding others who shared similar talents before he discovered the existence of an actual troll under a bridge that abducted children for eating. In his first battle against a creature, Thomas had almost died but managed to slay the troll and save several missing children.
Things only escalated form there and he became one of the most prominent sorcerers in the country, joining the Fellowship and eventually the elite Magus. The Fellowship's conservative methods grated on Thomas but he stuck it out of a desire to organize the magical community and safeguard mortals and minor practitioners alike. He rose through the ranks and became something of a legend for American Sorcerers, gaining a reputation for facing down beings and wizards stronger than him and surviving.
When the Awakening arose he rallied every ally he had, an entire generation of young Sorcerers, half-bloods, and other magical mortals, and helped avert the crisis. Thomas became a fast ally and friend of the Metahuman superheroes and became the first real publicly active Wizard. Thomas went back to San Diego and helped clean up the streets as well as establish a nation-wide network of supernatural mortals. He joined the League after the Founders came to him and is its head Sorcerer responsible for the entire mystical division. Thomas is one of the shining lights of the American Heroes and a key player against the forcers of darkness.
