I'm probably more along the lines of negativistic avoidant, but I suffer depression if I don't keep that in check and sometimes even when I do. I stsrted off with counselling, to deal, CBT in my case. From there I was put on a course based on a self help book, in the process I discovered them. Once I was doing better I could start exercising regular, sorting out sleep patterns, eating better, did some meditation for awhile. I've quit a lot of things too, caffeine was a big one, and at first I stopped watching the news because of all the doom and gloom. I take supplements of inositol when I can find it, and I really reccomend it. Hope you're doing okay, if you need any advice on any of this you can message me.
