Welcome to the Underground is an idea I've had for a while.
Premise: It is the year 2053. Military forces have been entirely privatized. Instead of military prisons, we now have a facility called The Underground, a facility located inside an asteroid, currently orbiting Earth's moon. Mercernaries who misbehave are sent there for an indefinite period. They are allowed their weapons, armor systems, and one phone call. The facility has no phones.
Security is nonexistent inside. Outside, an automated railgun turret orbits the asteroid constantly, with the capability of demolishing large capacity cruisers with a single round. Inmates inside fight constantly, form gangs, dissolve gangs, and generally just try to survive. There is no way out of the underground, asit is protected by a class 10 ablative force field, preventing a jailbreak of any kind. 15 inch steel walls enclose the facility. You are an imprisoned mercernary. Your final mission is simply to survive.
