The Simon Brothers, though alike in physicalities and background, have turned out to be very different people in their mid-twenties. It was a classic case of opposition, and a one-sided sibling rivalry as one brother was quick to become the disgustingly wealthy, successful, and smart CEO of their late father's investment company. The other? Though he was technically the eldest, he had chosen a life far away from his family's notoriety. The money, the press, the fame and the stress that went along with it had never been his scene, except the negativity shone on his life when his quick run ins with the law would make the city's tabloids. He had a sense of unwanted celebrity, where the younger brother soaked it up like a sponge.
So what's so out of the ordinary about siblings with different personalities? That's where your character comes in.
She's the daughter and protege of one of Chicago's most notorious and lucrative undercover private investigators. She's been put on a case regarding the infamous Simon Brothers simply because...the Simon Investment company only recently turned over into the youngest Simon's hands, as their father had been killed. Everyone initially deemed it a suicide - the pressure had finally gotten to the old man to the point where he'd taken a bullet to himself, but her father had his suspicions. There were too many inconsistencies, too many unanswered questions, and though the media had finally piped down about the millionaire's death, the Chicago PD was still working with her father to determine the truth.
So, why is she on the case, and not the professional P.I.? She's going undercover as a new employee of the Investment firm, as a secretary for the youngest Simon CEO. Not only will she get to know the ins and outs of the company, but her main goal is to get close to the brother and obtain as much information from him as she can. And, as one of the city's most eligible bachelors, it certainly wouldn't be far fetched for a little flirtation to dig that information out. However, there are two suspects in this case, and with the older Simon brother staying as far away from the company as possible, it was going to be a bit more difficult to get the same kind of information from him, but it has to be done.
The possibilities are endless, though I do imagine this RP having a very distinct beginning, middle, and end. That's not to say it will be short in length...I imagine it could be drawn out for quite sometime! Will she find out which brother killed their father? Will she fall for either of them? Will she put herself in danger? What other twists and turns will surface?
This is a very open plot, and I'm looking for someone to bring their own ideas and suggestions to the table. I'm sorry if it all seems a little scattered right now, I'm still piecing it all together myself, but I like the basic idea and I think it could be a lot of fun.

-I'm looking for someone who's a bit more advanced in their writing. Let's shoot for a minimum of 4-6 paragraphs per post? I understand that sometimes the situation calls for more, or less, depending on dialogue.
-Please be comfortable with mature content. This is an RP about real life. Well, maybe a bit of a heightened reality, but there will be adult themes of all sorts, and I expect all of them to be played out.
-I have a life, I work full time and enjoy being young and social as much as the next guy. But, I do make it a point to try and post at some point each day. I'll do my best to let you know if I can't do it on any given day, and I'd appreciate the same.
