Jude left the guild hall, which was more of a cottage in forest clearing. He was being sent on a weekly trip to grab request the full fledged guilds didn't want to do. Even tough they were small jobs, they brought in money for the guild and that was enough for them. He returned, turning over all the request seeing about much gold he could get out each.

Jude burst through the doors. "Guys, there's a request for teams of three to defeat as many people in a tournament, the wining team gets up to ten million gold, the exact amount we need for the guild's extension!"

Amn was sitting about the guild Leisurely when Jude burst through thedoors, clearly excited about something. After hearing the news, he respondedas non-challantly as he could. "Ugh... Do I have to? There are plenty of people in the guild. Cant i just get Mrs. Travis's cat from the tree for the usual 2 gold?"

It seemed that for tkday, he was satisfied taking the simple boring jobs, leaving any position he may have had open to other members. Though of coarse, he COULD partake in said team activity, though his mood wasnt truly befitting the job.

R sat in a shabbily made wooden chair, watching a small Veld Cube float around his head, listening to the constant whirring. R looked at Jude as he made his announcement. "A Tournament? What is this 'Tournament'? Would it be a team event where groups spin around in circles until 1 remains? If so, I doubt I will participate in that boring event." R seemed to be putting off his common sense free aura again. Not knowing basic human ideas like these are sort of R's forte, well, next to summoning little monsters to do stuff.
The Cube was sitting on top of R's head.

Alyn sat at a small mat, fidgeting with a few miscellaneous items and patting the head of one of her birds. She didn't get to interact with the other guilds members. She wasn't very capable of holding long conversations with people. She would just get too scared. Therefore, she sat away from the tables on her mat, hood up, keeping to herself. The most she could do was turn her head when she heard Jude start to talk about a large scale mission. Alyn didn't go on missions often, not unless she was needed or was asked to. This one seemed to have caught her eye and not just because of the large sum as a reward.

Alyn moved her head up and looked towards Jude. She wanted to partake, but someone like her would never be able to make a team of three. She didn't move from her mat, though secretly hoping that one of the older guild members would approach her and ask her to join. Alyn doubted this would happen due to the fact that no one had actually seen her do any magic. She turned her head back to one of her pet birds, shrugging off the mission.

[Vindle]

"Oh! A team of three, huh? Count me in on that then! If others want to fight alongside me, that is." Vindle said enthusiastically as he jumped up from where he was sitting, raising his hand.

"Well what are we waiting for?

Lets fight!"

Majikku rose from his table behind Alyn and moved over and sat next to her mat. "Your always just sitting here by yourself, why don't you come fight in this tournament with me. I promise i'll keep you safe." Majikku said with what he hoped was a winning smile.

[Opposition]

Alyn let out a quiet gasp as Majikku approached her. She turned her head towards the man as he sat down near her, but was unable to hold a gaze for very long. She averted her eyes as he talked, in a shy manner. Majikku then asked what she hoped someone would. She had a surprised look on her face, for she didn't know anyone would want her in a fighting tournament. No one had even seen if she could use magic other than picking up pens and utensils with her telekinesis. When she spoke, she spoke very quietly in a hushed tone.

"Are you sure you would want someone like me? I would bring your team down when we have to fight." Alyn quietly touched her knives under her robe, unseen by Majikku. She had never shown anyone that trick she learned, and she wasn't sure if she wanted to. Not to mention her more fancy trick. She wanted to keep that to herself forever. "I mean you could have a team with Jude and the others. That way you have a chance at winning."

[Eklispe]

"Hey, what's the point in winning if you don't have a litle fun along the way. Anyway, we've got plenty of strong poeple who will all group toghether" Majikku said nodding at Teo. "Every little bit counts, and i don't mind pairing up with you. Besides anybody with me has a chance of winning." Majikku said grinning at her confidently. Then he looked around a bit as if Alyn joining his group was already decided, "Now then who else to snag for Team Awesome..."

[Vindle]

"I'll join your team for the tournament!" Vindle said as he walked over to Majikku and Alyn.
"Well, as long as you don't mind. I've always wanted to see what magic Alyn has, too, so this is a good chance." he said.

"Hey we could make two teams to participate "

Teo chimes in

"Me and maj have about a 60% chane of getting to te semi-finals for any team we are in,an with two teams ,we are sure to win"

"AND IT WILL BE FUN AS HELL!"

"Two teams would require 6 of us... And.... Oh brother... You dont plan on dragging ME into this mess do you?" Amn was counting off the people who were actually talking, and noticed that with 2 entries, his chances of being forced into a team were growing ever more likely. "Ugh what a drag."

Charlie would look over to everyone talking from his table he was playing poker with other guild members "...a three man tournament.... to be defeated 2 out of 3 of your members have to be beaten.." he shrugs and rubs a hand through his hair "royal suite" he says putting his cards down making the others throw their cards in frustration, should of known better to play cards with a guy who uses cards in battle "sounds interesting, maybe could pull out a new card to try out" he pulls out a card and tosses It, as it suddenly becomes a black cat with red eyes as it lands on a table, and meows at them.

Majikku grinned "Well it looks like team Awesome is ready to go, now where exacatly is this tournament of yours?" Majikku questioned.

Jude looks down at the paper. "Um... it's on the other side of the kingdom, about a week by horse."

"And I cant." Amn adds in. "Wouldnt it be easier and more professional if we hired a carriage to take us all there as a group? Besides, it gives us chances to do small jobs along the way, and get to know the people of the kingdom better." There was a momentary payse of thaught before Amn made his final comment, before retirig to pet the red eyed cat that had recently apeared from a playing card. "Id be glad to sit in the carriage the whole time, and take care of minor jobs along the way. That could pay for the carriage."

"I agree with Amn, it's a pretty good idea." Jude said nodding.

[Opposition]

Alyn smiles at the idea of a carriage. She wasn't seen moving around often. Plus, she didn't want to slow down her new team. Since someone had finally accepted her into a team, she was ready to try her best to do anything to not be a hindrance. "I also like the idea of hiring some transportation. I will help pay with my share if we win." He contribution was very quiet. It was hard for those to hear her if they weren't close like Majikku.
