Request to move Post; Edit Subject

I've noticed a people seem to post in the wrong thread, IC/OOC/Character. It would be nice if there was a button to notify a moderator to move posts to keep the different areas clean. Since post titles don't seem to be used for routes, it would be nice to be able to edit the subject title. It would be a nice way to announce sign-ups for games that have already started. I know these are super low priority. Just throwing them out there :)

To be honest, I think that with the recent BBCode implementation, a report system to provide more active moderation is a pretty high priority (possibly after a working notification and better PM system). This could be combined with the implementation of more comprehensive moderation tools, because I'm pretty sure mods are currently pretty limited in their abilities.
