In the year 2012, an alien force known as The Combine conquered all of humanity in 7 hours. They took garrison of every village, town, city, metropolis, country, nation, and superpower on earth. The erected battlements and giant towers to manage the earth and implemented the international police force known as Civil Protection or The Metropolice Force (MPF). The Combine quickly gained control of the planet, squashing out any form of resistance from the citizens of earth...for a while. But as the human race is, resistance will always rise. But sometimes the standard police force isn't enough, you need something more...You need those that are Cold, merciless, intelligent, not like the mindless drones of the OTA, those that are skilled and covert, you need...REAPER. In the year 2013, the Sectorial Commander of City 18 created a special operations unit personally trained by him. Hand picked from the best of the best units in the MPF, he called this SpecOps group, REAPER. Trained to infiltrate, assassinate and exterminate high value targets and facilities, to break the resistance of citizens by destroying leaders and beacons of hope. While the REAPER unit is nonexistent to the average citizen, to a rebel, a REAPER Operative is the stuff of nightmares and legend.
For when you see a Reaper, you'd best pray to your God, because you are already dead.
