So I was thinking, as my first choice, if this would be interesting. I've had this planned, lore-wise, for a long-long time. So do you think it is worthy?

In the year 3616, Global warming began to take huge effects on the Climate. There has been a huge unbalance in how the weather reacts, leading to rainstorms in the Sahara Desert, Droughts in the Antartic...Only a small area was managed to be some-what livable. Central America. Originally one whole continent, it was later politically divided into 5 Seperate colonies. Ultaphe, Leniston, Johanston, Erving and Mydleton. Off the coast, however, developed a rich land of corporate success. This was battled out to be made into Trek Industries, the collaboration of all the suppliers working under one name, all at once. They were the suppliers for every Colony, sending airships, musket weaponry, analogue-technology. The age of digitising-everthing was gone, and all humanity were stuck with was what Trek Industries could provide.
Now the year is 3739, and an announcement has led to great confusion. Trek Ind. just went dark after the announcement of Mychi Fera, the new CEO. He was known for being a corporate menace, watching over lands and lands of suppliers. He began to train people within his own premises; he shut the borders and lead the technology halt. Behind political backs, a PMC was created. The Private Military Corporation known as the Expiditionary Forces, was created. Hardened citizens managed to find a way out of their Colonies in hope of a new future. They did not entirely understand what future they were going to create. Mychi had his eyes on the Colonies. Raw materials like copper to make brass was low. And it was time for an 'expansion'. Rounding up the PMC, he looked for the biggest prize in the game, Mydleton.

In Mydleton, also nicknamed the 5th Colony, was now slightly aware of the darkness, and decided to make more precautions. And that is where the Roleplayers come in...

The main focus of this Roleplay is the 43rd Defensive Regiment. Everyone is a soldier of them, not nessessarily the same, as there are different Roles and branches throughout the universe. This is the force that are responsible for full coverage in defenses for the Colony. Widespread, large and mighty as one. Every Roleplayer will start out for selection. 'Selection', or 'Induction of the Guard' as it is formally known as, is when each and every recruit is assigned to their roles, based upon their performance levels within training. Roles are simple, but with a wide-selection. The List goes as: Infantry[Which splits into Standard/Corpsman], Engineers[Which splits into Field/Stationary/Combat], Demolitions[Which Splits into Standard|Advanced|Defusal], Marksmen, Cavalry[Though can be used as infantry if needed], Light Emplacement[Support of Infantry: Cog-Machine Guns, Light Hand-held Explosive Launchers. Can be converted to infantry if needed], Heavy Emplacement[Support of Infantry+Bases. Non-Converted.], Fast Ariel Pilots[Gas+Grapple pilots, sword and handcannon wielders], Light Ariel Fleetists[Crews of Airships Classed: Corvette, Destroyer, Light Transport, Convoy Assistance], Heavy Ariel Fleetists[Crews of Airships Classed: Cruisers, Frigates, Carriers, Heavy Transport, Flagships], Naval Command[Highly trained Officers. Commandeers of Classes Frigates-up-to-Flagships] and Anti-Ariel Guard[Self-Explanatory]. I've kept these options large so it appeals to more of the Roleplayers.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The events and lore behind this is heavily inspired by such from WWII. It has aspects, such as the thirst for Raw Materials [Relating to Japan invading China], invasions of Ports and homelands [D-Day Landings, Fields of France Combat], Street to street, House to house, room to room urban combat [Stalingrad and Berlin], airship to airship combat [The Battle of Britain] etc etc; Obviously it has been adapted to not be exactly the same, with the same turnout or events that happened, more of just the concept of each sort of battle.
This Roleplay is mainly narrative, such as duties and character development. Battles aren't always so common, but aren't short. They come in sieges, hours of fighting and moving up and down in supplying. Narration helps develop the relationships between one another, helping you develop how something works. And as always, it is going to be gory. So if someone doesn't, for an extremely unknown reason, like to picture people without arms and stuff from what is written, then I guess it isn't advised? I don't know?
To be perfectly honest, I'm not great at this. It requires at least 3 or 4 Roleplayers at the bare minimum, but a maximum of 15-20 would probably be enough. Some feedback would be nice. Hopefully you enjoy the idea and I'd like to see some people get interested into this idea. :D
