This roleplay is about the inner conflicts of a character, it will have a rpg-esque character style, with different races and such. There will be a day and night system, in which the setting may change dramatically. To be honest I put this in the general section because I'm not sure whether to put this in casual or advance (I'm thinking high casual because advance is scary ;_; meep) so yeah so the story goes like this:
1.Humans are born with mental powers.
2.Subsequently when humans grow older they slip into this realm called ______. This realm only comes alive when you are asleep.
3.Your inner voices manifests physically in this realm and in accordance to the rules of this realm, you are to fight your inner voices and put them to sleep.
4. The "soldiers" serve to keep your inner voices in control.(but are unable to kill it- only you can put it to sleep)
Essentially, I would call humans the ignorants, they have mental powers. They believe in ultimate good and innocence. The inner voices are your flaws, your imperfections and pretty much anything you are uncomfortable with.These bunch of goodies have physical abilities like setting other asses on fire and such. Humans refuses to see their own flaws and hence may feel hostile towards the inner voices. The inner voices serve to help their fellow counterpart to realize their imperfections. In this case when it is successful, they merge.
But no no no, we wouldn't allow the characters to have such a good ending, and this where the baddies intervene. This evil organization #cliche sends Jacks into the realm as soldiers to supposedly protect the humans. The real goal of this organization is to make sure MERGING does not happen. When MERGING happens , the human becomes whole and has both physical and mental abilities. So how does the jacks have so much power and authority you may ask? This is due to the fact that humans unconsciously give them the power when they conform to society etc.
To elaborate on the day and night system, during the day, the inner voices are contained as a whisper in the human's mind. Humans run their boring errands and yeah. During the night time, humans go to sleep. This is where they are transported to this realm. The organization is in fact a living breathing
company on Earth.

-short time conflict: battle with self
-long time conflict: to exterminate the organization
