After a long time of rebuilding the Kingdom of Montem Excelsum finally steps out to meet the public, although small it shall slowly rise.
Admiral William (the only admiral in the Montem Excelsum aerial navy) joins the 7th officer academy, he passes the tests and becomes an ensign in the aerial navy he slowly passes through the ranks protecting all of Montem Excelsum and destroying multiple bandit groups and pirates.
Admiral William owns all of the Montem Excelsum airships because of the tiny number of airships in Montem Excelsum (6 Airships).
The King of Montem Excelsum (King Graham Sheridan the I) is close friends with Admiral William.
