Combat Style: Traditional boxing, Viper Kachin Bando, dagger and sword fighting, bojutsu, Krav Maga, and Judo. Ruby was a prodigy of many martial arts at a young age. As such, she was sought after as an assassin, bounty hunter, and thief.
Abilities
Stealth-Ruby can move silently, and (almost) hide in plain sight.
Trained Reflexes- Ruby is trained to react to situations at twice the normal human level.
Burglary- Ruby, through her years as a thief, has learned how to break into buildings, from a skyscraper to a bank vault. Also, she has learned how pick locks and open most anything.
Eidetic Memory- Ruby can remember almost anything, in near perfect recall, with very little exposure.
Gear
- Twin Curved Assassin Knives: These two knives are perfectly matched, about five inches on the blade, curved inwards, made for slicing flesh. One is black, and one is silver. Their names are Kasai and Aisu.
- Telescoping Bo Staff: When collapsed, it is about 11 inches long. When extended, it is 4'11". It is made of aluminum, for strength in lightness.
- Tactical HUD: An eyepiece that Ruby stole off of a soldier, that allows her to mark targets, scan the inside of buildings, see thermal imaging, and view images at 30x zoom.
- Climbing gear: Gear meant for climbing any surface, from buildings to rocks and trees.
- Rapid Glass Cutter: A device that rapidly and silently cuts a circle 2 feet in diameter.
- Piton Gun: A loud, but effective wrist-mounted piton gun that allows Ruby to get around quickly.
- Smokebombs: A bit cliche, but these allow Ruby to back out of dangerous situations. A 4-foot diameter, 6-foot height smoke cloud explodes from the impact bombs.
Bio:
Ruby was born with the inheritance of a crippled, alcoholic, pathetic ex-MMA fighter. However, the pathetic SOB in question loved his daughter very much. He trained her to fight like a champion, and like a champion she did fight. Quickly becoming a star in the MMA scene, Ruby became the first champion under the age of 18.
Soon, however, the prize money ran out, and Ruby had to turn to more... unscrupulous methods to get cash. Making her way through the ranks of a group of assassins-for hire, Ruby became one of the leading members of the group. However, she was betrayed, stabbed in the back, so she went freelance. She now works by herself, and her father acts as her handler.

Demeanor: Gweyr is a shy, indecisive woman in social situations, but as soon she enters the battlefield, she becomes a self-confident fighter, and able to make decisions quickly. However, she doesn't sacrifice her morality for confidence, and remains a good person.

She has purple eyes that are like two windows on the evening sky. Her fine, straight, medium-length hair is the color of obsidian, and is worn in a loose style. She is short and has a curvy build, and her skin is pale.

-Mage Armor: Gweyr encases herself in a magical, glowing cage of force, which looks like a knight's suit of armor. It can resist up to a half-ton of force (ablative to each hit), or 200 volt amperes.
-Arcane Barrage: Launches several magic missiles (5) in a row. However, these missiles are not homing, and deal minimal damage.
-Arcane Style- Agility: Gweyr triples her agility for five minutes, with no negative affects other than disorientation once cancelled.
-Fog Cloud: A thick, yet completely normal, fog surrounds Gweyr for 25 yards.
-Interposing Hand: A large, magical hand, about the size of Gweyr herself, appears in front of her, and blocks attacks for 10 seconds. It is extremely durable, but can be dispelled, and can only move at 20 mph.
-Illusory Gaze: When activated, Gweyr can, upon making eye contact, create illusions that vary in strength. However, if the illusions are too radical, or the target has a strong enough will, the illusions will either dissipate or have no hold on him/her.
-Minor Healing: Gweyr can heal cuts, bruises, and dislocated bones. However, she cannot replace a large amount of lost blood or regenerate limbs or anything.

Sgt. Chico Roserro
Alias: War Wolf

Occupation: Soldier in the Brazilian Black Ops Division, 'Bastões Pretos', the "Black Bats".
Demeanor: Chico is a rough-and-tumble, aggressive, jovial individual who finds joy in fighting. He is honorable, but will sacrifice honor for pragmatism.
Basic Appearance
Hair: A cropped, dark brown military cut.
Facial Hair: A most epic goatee.
Eyes: Green.
Build: Tall, broad, heavyset, muscular.
Height: 6'5"
Weight: 220 lb.
Special Features: His goatee is so majestic, women immediately must concentrate so they do not swoon, out of the pure majesty. It is said that this is how he saved Sao Paulo from Voodoo Demon Ladies.
Combat Credentials
Combat Style: Capoeira, Savate, Muay Thai, Boxing, and of course, Brazilian Ju-Jitsu are all under his belt. He is a master of hand-to-hand fighting, with weapons or not.
-Knows mainly strike-based martial arts.
-Is proficient with many ranged weapons, from mounted vehicular weapons to bows and arrows, Chico can use every weapon he touches, due to his extensive combat experience.
Abilities: Chico is blessed. Born in 1771 to a single mother of varying repute, he has fought in every revolution, every war that Brazil has had. For unknown reasons (usually attributed to being born by an angel, the result of alchemy, and even being chosen by the Tupi gods to be an immortal warrior,) Chico does not age, and cannot be poisoned, or affected by disease. However, his body has no further resistance to weapons, even if he is slightly stronger than the average man.
(Tl;Dr):
- Can't age, be poisoned, or catch a disease.
- Is slightly stronger than the normal human, able to affect about 2x more weight.
- Is slightly faster (2x normal human), due to his muscles. His reactions have adapted to higher speeds after 260 years of fighting.
- His body, unfortunately, provides no resistance to damage. He can be killed with gunfire, a knife, or even falling.
Gear
Long-Range X40MF "Eliminator" Disruption Rifle- A lightweight, compact black rifle, the Eliminator is a weapon capable of punching through traditional battleship plate armor, passing through matter by explosively rearranging the atoms, it has an effective range of 1/2 a mile - 2 miles, although it is not recommended for engagements within the 1/2 mile due to the ordinance type, which has to have a certain time to charge, as it is unstable within the gun. It has 6 shots in any one magazine.
12mm "Atlas" Boltcannon- A large, heavy railgun that just so happens to be a sidearm as well, the Atlas pistol fires 12mm bolts at a high velocity, nearly silently. Functionally, it works the same as a normal handgun, except with less recoil and noise. It has 12 shots in each magazine.
10-inch XOS Combat/Survival Knife- A 10-inch blade bade of a Titanium-Carbide alloy.
Hades Hooded Nanite-Wired Stealth Armor (HHN-WSA) Mk. 25- A marvel of science, the nanite wiring in the jacket, vest, and pants provide superior protection against bludgeoning, slashing (up to 1208 Joules of force in both categories), and even thermal damage (-240 to 2280 Degrees Fahrenheit). However, the nanites cannot defend against piercing damage, such as a knife or a spear. (Bullets aren't stopped, but they are slowed considerably.)
Helios Sealed Facemask Mk5- The HSF Mk5 is a completely airtight gasmask with built-in hyperspectral vision, HUD, and comm system.

M256 SAW LMG- A .65 Caliber, drum-loaded machine gun with 1600 rounds, that fires at 1200 rounds/minute. This beast of a gun shreds through material like tissue. It punches through light vehicle armor with ease, and has a fairly wide spread, able to destroy quite a bit at medium range, although it is thoroughly useless at long range.
H-MAC Rotary Grenade Launcher- Holding 12 35mm HE grenades, the H-MAC is a canister-reloaded launcher, that fires grenades fairly rapidly. The grenades have a 15-foot blast radius.
SCAR-AS Mk4- A battle rifle with 30 rounds a mag, and a 600 RPM capability, which fires 7.62×51mm NSATO (North-South America Treaty Organization) rounds. A typical Battle Rifle used by the NSATO forces.

-Resistance from virtually every radiation known to man, although the suit is unable to withstand tactical nuclear warheads, heavy plasma/laser arrays, the sun, etc.
-Physical enhancement to be able to move normally with the suit on.
-Self-contained oxygen tanks worth 3 hours of breath.
-A command suite with motion tracking, IFF, hyperspectral vision, telescopic vision (200x human sight), electric ambiance sensor, sonar, and comms.

Bio: Chico was born to a lady of the evening in 1771, in Sao Paulo. From a young age, he was a fighter. So, he put his natural disposition to use, and became a warrior. However, he discovered, when his mother died, that he could not age, and was immune to poison or disease. So he did what he was best at, fighting for his home, even in the current year of 2100.
