Well, I guess I should start the way most do. Hello everyone! My name's Paragon. I call myself that more as a form of homage to this dream of mine, rather than any statement of what I am in the present. I'm probably far, far away from that, but still. Good to keep an eye on the horizon.
I was active around this site about two years ago under the names of Haze and Soulthunder, but in the history of my being here I've never actually taken the opportunity to introduce myself. So here I am at last.
I'm really just your typical gamer-dude. I used to write a lot, but I steadily wrote less and less with changes in my feelings. Words are really wonderful things, and there's a certain light behind them for me. I saw it everywhere, but my words in particular started to lose that. Eventually, my writing stopped being a story, and instead became text. Simple, grey letters and words, with no meaning behind them. I've been afraid to come back, unsure if the words I would write would have that light behind them again, but I've made the decision to at least try and be brave. So apologies if I'm somewhat shy.
I remember I liked pretty much any setting, although I kept away from 1x1s, Tabletops, Nations and Arenas for some reason. Still working on understanding what sort of issues I have, haha. You might see me hop in somewhere, or perhaps GM a journey of my own, since I've been mulling over the idea for a while. But yeah. Feels good to be back!
