So, there are a few ideas that I had that I didn't even run by anyone, but I feel like they are good regardless. I mean, come on. I came up with them :).
There are a few 'traditions' from my generation and before that I could easily host or pass down in the form of events with some kind of reward system. Now, while everything is made up because it is RP, I can assure you the rewards as something that you 'earn' rather than what you just give your characters is something entirely else and you will feel a sense of pride for it.
So, for the first event that I shall host is one that will be tough and require you, as qualifying participants, to literally bring your best and strongest characters. The reason?
I didn't give myself the title God-Killer. It is not something I gave Tetsue with some form of story behind it. Or the fact that he's actually killed Gods and can use them with his God-Eater. God-Killer is a title that was given to me a few years ago along with the other excelling warriors from my generation. Each of us received a unique identifier that could also be considered titles. Mine, due to my character arch-type of being strong with giant weapons and going absolutely ham on everything, is God-Killer.
Titles are not something to be taken lightly, especially when given as a gift or reward. We all have titles that we can give ourselves, but there is a certain uniqueness and quality when it is given or earned. So, I hope this entices you brave young souls to bring your best!
The first person, to defeat me in a 1 on 1 event hosted exhibition match, will earn my title. I will pass it down.
But be warned, if you take up this challenge...our fight will not be like how LeeRoy's and mine is going where we are going for more dramatic scenes and epic brawls. Although, I don't mind those. If my title is on the line, my objective will be to kill. You will have to genuinly earn the title and take it from me.
If you are interested in this, please respond me in PM. Not here on the thread. I'd rather like to have this thread hold multiple event ideas that I would like to push for.
This is simply a starter event so I wish to see how it goes. If enough people are interested or at least make an attempt then perhaps I will give out other forms of rewards for combat prowess.
