An OP arena battle?

Who wants to fight an OP character with their own OP character?

TL;DR at his first stage, he can manipulate scalar quantities (like time and heat, etc.) second stage he can manipulate vector quantities (like Accelerator from Toaruverse) don't let him get to stage 3 XD

Hmm...I'm up for that. I'm not sure if the T2 character I have to offer could beat that level of enemy, but maybe I might decide to make a new character for the occasion. Clarify time manipulation?

@Cruallassar Time manipulation as in manipulating his own time, not the time of the local place, he can undo damage done upon him, but not during being damaged. He can also accelerate his own time to make charging up quicker. (this is a case of if he has a charge of 1/5, the next post, he'd be charging 2/4 or such)

EDIT: He can also alter his perception of time so that he can predict causality based attacks (attacks that happen in one timeline but not in another, but then the miss gets retconned by the hit)

Ummmmmmmmm...that kinda eliminates all my not completely overpoweredly cheating and never allowed in an actual arena fight characters...mind if I use my own time manipular?
