Good evening, (or morning, or afternoon depending on when you view this post), I just wanted to come and introduce myself before diving into some of the exciting roleplays I see already forming.
I am a new player here, and I am back from a several year long hiatus to the play-by-post roleplaying scene. I have been a member of different websites like this in the past that unfortunately now all are dusty, lonely corners of cyberspace occupied by maybe one lone moderator who bears the unenviable task of turning away those who are trying to see if anyone still lives there.
Its been awhile since I've written, but I want to knock the cobwebs off and get back into it full swing. I can usually post once a day, and typically enjoy settings in the Fantasy and Sci-Fi genres. I have a special interest in things post-apocalyptic, steampunk, Warhammer 40k, and both dark and high fantasy. Judging from the little bit of browsing I have done so far within the various areas I can see that I will have little difficulty finding partners to indulge in these realms with me.
Anyway, I'm off to go ahead and PM a few members who have games started that I would like to weasel my way into if there is room, and I hope to get to know you all much better in the future.
