just got back from Captain America 2, and THAT WAS THE GREATEST MOVIE EVER!!!!! Anyway, what the heck did i miss?! haha

LUCKY!!!! I really wanted to go see it but I've been so busy Dx
Willow smiled at everyone politely, "I'll make sure to get everyone something. I-I'll be right back..."

Once she closed the door to the compartment, she leaned against the wall and let out a big breath. Finally some fresh air. The hallway was mostly empty now, with a few students here and there, since the train was getting ready to leave.

Under her breath, Willow muttered, "Wronski feint...Parkin's Pincer..."

When she regained her composure, she began to walk, peering into the compartment beside her's to see if it was possibly empty. She saw two boys sitting close together, didn't seem like they were up to anything good... Not wanting to get dragged into anything suspicious, she quickly walked in the opposite direction. Unfortunately, all the other compartments were full.

She sat beside the wall, deciding to wait for the trolley to come to her rather than chase it around the train. She opened her Potions textbook, deciding to do some more studying. That didn't last long, however, before she got bored and her legs began to get the urge to walk. Maybe she could do some exploring.

After a few minutes of walking she came to a compartment containing a red-haired girl and a brunette boy. That didn't really pickle her interest though, something more important caught her eye. The Moontrimmer lying in the overhead compartment. That broomstick was known to fly higher than the others. She's never seen one so close! She bit her lip, trying to decide whether she should stay or admire it, but decided she'd just look like a weirdo. And she really didn't want anymore new rumors cropping up about her.

She noticed a girl struggling with a cage in the storage wagon. Going against her instinct to stay away from people, Willow found herself going closer with the intent to help.
Willow nodded, fiddling with her thumbs, "Yes...I'm fine..."

As long as nobody else comes in...

She looks up as a girl saunters in. Great... She had no issue with anyone inside the cramped apartment, she just wasn't used to such company... Now was the time for a short walk.

Quickly, Willow stood up almost banging her head on the railings above her, used to hold luggage. She gave a small cough before saying quietly, "I think I'm going to search for the trolley...would anyone like anything?" The more requests the better, that meant she could take as much time alone as possible without seeming suspicious or rude!!
They are pretty old-fashioned...but I guess the attitudes towards technology could've changed since we're pretty far ahead into the future? But then again who knows...

Wrong spell Ace. That's Is a snake summoning spell xP

Oh poo -.- This is why I need to reread haha
I agree with everyone. It also makes sense since it's been a really long time before Hogwarts reopened, so who knows what new spells and potions etc. were discovered in that time :) but we should wait for the GM to make the final decision too...just putting in my two cents! Also, I hope everyone doesn't mind that I made a slight addition to my character, I think it would be cool if she was really into Quidditch (especially since there are a lot of quidditch players on board!)

The only thing I could see Artemis using, out of the canon set, is most of the Dark Arts spell, Diffindo, Reducto, WIngardium Leviosa, and a few others. Also, is Serpensortia only used by Snape, or is it considered a Dark Spell, and therefore in a book somewhere stashed away?

I don't really remember...I need to reread the series again haha But I believe that Snape created that spell himself and wrote it down in his old potions textbook...
Willow jumped from the poke since it hit a rather ticklish part of her. She felt her face burn as she stammered out, "D-d-defense Against the Dark arts is actually...my favorite."

She saw the Hufflepuff prefect walk by their compartment at the corner of her eye. She didn't really know her name, but she's seen her around the school last year. She seemed so nice and regal, someone she could look up to. Willow's eyes drifted towards her feet, where they usually go when they didn't have anywhere else to look. There were only four people in the compartment, but to her she felt like she was being squished by thousands.

To calm herself down, Willow began reciting Quidditch tactics in her head. She's read about so much on the sport, and it fascinated her to watch the brooms flying all around. Since she couldn't participate, she might as well just watch.

Sloth Grip Roll, Dopplebeater Defence, Bludger Backbeat....

Slowly, her breaths began to slow and she leaned against the seat, slightly comfortable once more. Just in time too, she was suddenly aware of Samantha speaking to her.

"Oh um...I'm happy to be going with you as well..." She mumbled quietly. Although her delivery was hesitant, her words rang true. Her going with at least one potential friend was better than her walking into the castle by herself, like she used to.
Willow listened in awe as Acacia talked about her skills in potion brewing. Everything she made blew up in her face, she was completely useless at potions. That was the subject she was determined to learn more on because it's one of the requirements of becoming and Auror. The main problems were all the specific instructions, they always confused her.

Another thing Willow longed to try was Quidditch. Well, not necessarily Quidditch, but just flying on a broomstick in general. However, in her first year she almost broke every bone in her body during Flying Class. But under all that fear she felt during her flight, she also felt excitement. If only she could learn...

Willow turned to the window again, not sure what to say next in the conversation and much more willing to simply listen. People were starting to file out of the platform, some still lingering to wave tearfully goodbye. She searched the floor for her parents, wondering if they stayed as well. Her heart dropped a little when she couldn't find a trace of them. But, she knew that they had important jobs to get back to. They already wished her farewell, she couldn't ask for anything more.
