Well there's making a fight fun, and then there's throwing any sense of proper etiquette completely out the door and doing whatever the hell you want. Unfortunately, you're edging closer to the latter. :P

I write Bloodshot (the guy that trained Marcus in his backstory), and Drall asked me to drop in and try to help work out some issues in your last post. He'd do it himself, but he's been known to be a bit of a hothead from time to time and he doesn't want to end up just making things worse (he's working on it, though).

Issues of most importance:

-Lack of damage from the grenades.
I realize that in your CS it says Luis has enhanced endurance, and that Ira further improves on that, but endurance is not synonymous with durability (though I can certainly understand if what you actually meant is durability). Regardless, you also describe it (and your other enhancements) with an exceedingly vague "nearly superhero level", which leaves Luis in one of many different power brackets, depending on which superhero you care to hold him up against. If it's someone like Batman or Daredevil, whose physical capabilities are still fundamentally human, then he's roughly on-par with Marcus in that regard, though his other abilities give him an advantage. If this is the case, the grenades should have done far more damage than they did, since you specifically had Luis reform when he landed. If you instead use a hero like spider-man or Luke Cage (which seems to be the case), then he's multiple tiers above Marcus in every single category and the fight basically just becomes you ignoring everything in Drall's arsenal because Drall thought he was coming to a fight with a character comparable to his own, while you actually showed up with someone who could take on the likes of Wolverine, Deathstroke, and Spider-man. The ambiguity of your CS does no one any favors here.

-Seemingly much greater supply of ammunition than your CS says you have.
The second big issue I see in your post is the claim that Luis will have decimated the office space before he ever needs to reload, but the weapon you specify in your CS can hold a maximum of eight rounds (though you would only have had seven since there wasn't a round pre-chambered), and unless he's firing anti-matter slugs that isn't enough to do what you claim. In general, going slightly beyond what is written in your CS is perfectly acceptable if what you're doing can be reasonably assumed to work within your defined powers/abilities/equipment (or only slightly beyond it), but there isn't much margin for that when you specify a real life weapon and don't state anywhere in the CS that it has the modification you're trying to use in the post.

Things of lesser but still relevant importance:

-According to your CS, Ira doesn't have any perception enhancing abilities.
This is much less of an issue, but you specifically said it was Ira's instincts that were leading Luis to Marcus' hiding place, but your CS gives him no such capability. Less of an issue because the sword has enhanced perception abilities, but still inconsistent with your own character sheet.

So from where I'm standing, most of this is an issue of consistency between what your CS says and what you're putting in your posts, and Drall is none too happy about prepping to fight Pyro (who is more closely aligned with the lower end of your CS) and instead getting the Human Torch (who's more or less immune to bullets and the like).
I'm really sorry for leaving you hanging for so long, Rilla. Life happened and took time and focus and I'm still not sure when I'll be able to manage a good reply. If it was just a cutthroat fight to win match I'd probably be fine, but trying to focus on creating a coherent story aspect while also applying to get into college and still working full time is taking its toll.

I just wanted to give you a heads up because I know I personally really hate to be left hanging.
Indeed. Focusing the senses would be an indication of preparing to use precognition or another sense-based power, rather than overtly aggressive abilities like telekinesis.

As far as how they charge, it really depends. Outside of T1, there are a lot of ways to release a lot of power with no charges at all, such as an outburst of strong emotion (rage, fear, hate, etc) that fuels the power, but leaves you drained in the aftermath, or becoming so serene and at peace that you become one with the force (or close to it). Adjusting those things to fit T1 rules may be a bit of a challenge, and it likely won't look like traditional charges where you actually focus on the ability itself.

There's also the possibility with the force of absorbing the energy of an incoming attack and redirecting it (either back at the opponent or into some other purpose), which could help account for what happens when there are more defensive charges than aggressive ones.
So honing her focus (and force senses) to prepare for a defense doesn't count as a charge?
"Oh! My lightsaber." Her eyes almost lit up when he asked about her weapon, she hadn't realized how foreign something like that must seem to a man armed with something as ancient as an un-powered sword. Though if the subtle glow that was gathering along its length was any indication, it wasn't as un-powered as it had first appeared. That, or he was using his chi to affect it somehow. Regardless, she withdrew the lightsaber from its sheath with her left hand and held it out for him to see, then twisted it until it was horizontal and ignited the blade. "The blade is composed of plasma, which is contained by an electromagnetic field. A simple concept that really isn't when you get to thinking about it."

Her explanation finished, she took a single step forward with her left foot and brought her right hand to grip the base of her weapon's hilt, blade angled toward an invisible point just above her opponent's head. "It was you who issued the challenge. I feel it only fitting that you should strike the first blow." Clearing her mind of distraction, she focused her senses on the man before her as she awaited the attack that she had just invited.
Ok, and does it being a charge mean that it will be impossible for me to completely avoid if I don't prep a defense, even if the actual strike would be easily avoidable?
1- the equality of attacks. No attack is inherently greater than another.

This is the part of T1 that I haven't been able to understand yet. Getting shot by a .50 caliber pistol is always going to be more damaging than getting shot by a .22 in the same location. That's just how physics works.
To be fair, at some point in most fights there will be a situation where pure physical statistics will play a part.

Yup. They played a part in every post of the aforementioned fight when I was outmatched in stats. He was stronger, so I had to be more clever. He was faster, so I had to trap him into making mistakes. Every time his higher stats came into play (which was every post), I was forced to counter with my skill alone, since I couldn't overpower or out-speed him.
I've personally fought a character with higher stats in speed, reflexes, strength, and overall power. The only stat I had an advantage in was durability, and yet I managed to win because I was the more skilled opponent.

Fighting someone with higher stats forces you to rely on your personal skill rather than who can be more creative at making stuff up. I've also fought writers who've used vagueness to their advantage by pulling out moves and powers that are technically allowed just because of a lack of detail in the CS, yet go completely against the prior intent of the character's powers.

To my mind, stats are more necessary for beginners so they can focus on building the skill required to avoid abusing the creativity that comes with statless characters.
