Also, the first three ICs get +2 to their most important order. The ICs have to be good, though.

Generally, it shouldn't take long. On a scale of Outcast --> Fry quality updates they'll be somewhere in the middle. Minis will almost always be during the week.

Because Egypt is still pre-Khedivate and is technically just a province of the OE at this point.

Plus one of the GMs is a GP, so I might as well be crippled.
