The penal service is practically a hero organisation, but still has connections to the government. So I guess there could be a power dampener type of technology. But pretty much the cells will be specially made to contain each prisoner, so I leave it up to everyone to decide what kind of cell your character is going to be contained within XD

Then after that we will read more books until we find out how to defeat the darkness." It sounded very boring, but reading was an ideal pastime to Chrystella, she loved loosing herself in the pages of a tome. Four out of six guests now agreed to accompany her. Chrystella looked at Marduk as he spoke. "There should be no predicaments with humans, because they will believe us to be human too. And Marduk, no terrorizing any humans either." She warned gently, but the spark in her eye booked no room for argument. Focusing on Say'ri, she asked. "Do you care if it is animal blood or not?"

Yes, there is a plot. However, it only revolves around the jailbreak, from then, I guess everyone can come up with ideas and we can see which one is most liked. So a tiny bit semi-free-form.
All accepted characters will be played as members of the villainous group, but NPC's are welcome. If the NPC plays a key role, plot wise, then just pm me about it before posting in the IC. Pursuing own goals is fine, but in other rps I have seen that have like three sub plots with people in separated groups, the rp usually dies. So I want everyone to stay together as much as possible which will be possible by a singular plot focus. By that I mean, all chosen villains from this thread are going to form a team and will be sent out on villainous assignments.
Restrictions on any fantasy//supernatural entities such as vamps, trolls, elf, fairy, werewolf, but you can base abilities off them e.g. a human with the power to take on the characteristics of a wolf, both mental and physical. e.g. No outright ghosts, but an ability to walk through solid objects is fine. I will allow alien type entities like symbiotes.

My Character

Real Name: Susannah Marksin
Codename: MindWarp
Age: 19

Personality: What she lacks in physical strength, MindWarp more than makes up for in her cunning intelligence. Everything she does has a purpose, unless she is just angry and finds that her actions need no greater purpose other than venting. Although it will take a lot more than mere words to anger her. MindWarp is rather aloof in temperament, but a remarkable trickster in that she can morph into different personas and use them for her benefit. For example, pleading to have her ‘dearest fathers’ room number and key to set up a surprise birthday party. AKA get an important businessman’s room number and key then steal all-important information and/or set up a self-destructing device for his termination.
In her off times, MindWarp contemplates reality and illusion but always comes up with the same response, “what is reality but a higher plane of illusion?”

Ability/power/s: The Ability to warp minds, AKA Mental manipulation
+ Psionic Inundation = Ability to overload another's mind, causing pain and/or lack of consciousness.
+Psionic shockwaves = A devastating Psionic attack that wracks the minds of all nearby foes. Affected foes may be left Disoriented. A second wave may affect motor functions leading to possible paralysis. A third may well be fatal. But she has not been able to create a third.
+ Illusions = The power to create and manipulate illusions.
+ Mental shield = Because of her ability of mental manipulation she has an immunity against direct mental attacks, though telepaths could still hypothetically enter her mind, they are most likely to lose their own in the process.

Weakness: Hand to hand combat and brute strength.
- Robots = they don’t have a mind to manipulate.
-Other mental manipulators. Powers will equal each other out.

Extra: Born in an upstate apartment to wealthy parents, Susannah was often left alone with the house keeper until her parents returned at 5pm. When she was five her brother was born and any attention she might have received from her parents was taken away and replaced. It was also around this time that her powers were coming into effect and she used them to vie for attention. The stronger her powers became the more horrified her parents got until one day they had enough. They sent her with her housekeeper on a trip to the slums but by the afternoon the housekeeper returned alone and was given a substantial amount of pay added to her usual salary. What happened to Susannah after that was anyone’s guess.

She doesn't exist in the files of the world. She had been secretly cast out from her family and filed as deceased. She no longer uses her birth name because she believes that she has been reborn into MindWarp.

Why choose me?: Your character should definitely choose mine because well… they are the same character! But I suppose I can tell you how wonderful, amazing and fantastic she is. MindWarp is a notorious trickster (The very best!) and it doesn’t hurt that she is also breathtakingly beautiful. MindWarp, as a notorious trickster has a silver tongue which can be used to get her out of almost any situation without the need to use her ability. How Awesome! Her illusions are so perfect, so precise that they affect even things on a molecular level including hearing and smell. What’s more amazing than that?

So I have been thinking, what’s up with all the superhero rps? Villains are people too!
If you agree then this’ll be an rp for you XD

Guidelines:
1) 17-45 age limit on characters.
2) Original villains please.
3) Genre = Action / Humour / Romance / Semi-slice of life / Sci-fi.
4) Any heroes masquerading as villains will be terminated
5) This can be used as a place for venting. Had a bad day, vent on a NPC hero :)

I thought it would be cool to begin it in a jailbreak, where my character purposely gets captured so that she can free those of her choosing and recruit them into ‘Villains R Us’.

Three out of the six guests had instantly agreed to help her and she gave them a each a smile. Marduk received the fondest smile, he had been with her for awhile and was there to keep her company. His strange habits and clumsiness had grown on her. "You are perfect help just as you are now. You know how I feel about you belittling yourself." She didn't like it when he did, not just because he moped around about it, but also that he didn't perform tasks to the same satisfactory level. "It's no so much the whole body guard thing, it just that I wish for someone to continue this quest even if I was to... well... you know." Die by the shadows of Caligo Nox. She added silently and moved her attention onto Cassie. "I thank you Cassandra, I am honoured to have your help." She told the female werewolf and moved on to Zac. "I am glad to hear that Zac." She began but soon qietly laughed at what he said next. "Don't worry, you will be safe from reading." She promised and waited for another to volunteer their help.
