There is no way he is going to be that huge because no one could beat that dragon at all, so he has to be much much smaller like 18 feet tall. Sure maybe a fight agaista destructive dragon would be interesting and Iu can see just how horrible it is to be like that and how much pain they can create
Ok as a new rider you wouldn't be with your dragon for five years or have powers yet remeber you need to fidn the group as the group will help in raising and training your dragon but other then that accepted

How long have you and your dragon being together?: 5 years
Personality: Aria is pessimistic to a fault and rather sarcastic. She generally expects the worst out of situations and Raego jokes that if someone who knew her were to see her smile, they would faint on the spot. Her mood can often be described as grumpy, which is hence a reason why she has never had much luck finding friends. She doesn't worry about this though as she has always gotten by on her own just fine. A part of her would like to experience the companionship of friends and perhaps even something more intimate, but even as young as she is, she has resigned herself to that fact that such things are unlikely as she is shunned by both the races that make up each half of her being for precisely that fact. To Raego she is loyal and caring, a side he wishes others could see.
History: Born to a mother of a wandering people who had fallen in love with a dwarf, Aria has spent most of her life on the move and seen many far off lands. Languages come easily to her, as do mathematics. What she lacks in social graces she more than makes up for in skills of craftwork and her skill with axes.*******

Personality: Raego is of a cheerful disposition and his friendly ways are of a stark contrasts to Aria's. He views the world for the beauty it holds and the promise that tomorrow will bring them better fortunes. He takes pride in his growing strength, despite being quite small. Aria smiles at this little insecurity and assures him that since she is barely 5 foot herself, he was clearly meant to be smaller than average in order to be bounded to her. His loyalty to Aria has no equal and he spends a fair amount of his time either teasing her or trying to get her to enjoy herself a little more.
Is she part of the Raider Dragon group or brand new Rider ?
Ok here are my issues and fixes for you
- Your dragon will be only a a year old hatchling meaning its only hatched for a year it could have stayed in its egg for one other year
- Your dragon if uses any powers must recharge for three minutes (if a large blast of power must recharge for five) but can use his tail and claws still.
- Your dragon will not grow over 18 feet tall (if what you said about them demolising a city then NO he will never be able to get that much raw power remeber the idea of the story if to create peace not bring more chaos into it)
- Alsmo if your a new rider you can't train or raise a dragon very well why ? because peiple do not own dragons and half blood elves and dragons wouldn't cope very well unless they had around 15-20 years with each other to actually get a good bond going if they where on their own
- You said that the dragon can fuse with the person.........Erm maybe not the dragon is a dragon not a blast of cloud air or dust a dragon needs a pyschal form please
- BUT other then that love the new rider, Please do not be changing intoa wolf forty times XD then people will want werewolves soon XD and thats going to be a pain

Also that dragon is MASSIVE so find a smaller dragon picture
