Woke up a couple hours ago, still going to be working on this for a little while, but yes today is the day.

@Dark Cloudidk we’ll find out
@Dark Cloudfinn is always super competitive.
I mean it’s considered the best. Cannon since gm approved it.

Yi blacked out for a moment, before regaining semi consciousness. Everything sounded groggy and slurred. he didn't have enough strength to even attempt a rebuttal at tiger saying he was attempting to die. not like he wanted to.

the girl yelled at someone saying he should be more worried about himself instead of oracle. But isn't that what hero's supposed to do? To make sure others are safe? No matter the cost? He grunted as he was pushed onto a gurney. But didn't say anything.

It felt like ages as his head swirled, and started to hurt even more from the migraine he received earlier and now adding all the noises and commotion now. When he opened his eyes he saw a white haired nurse. Who seemed really pretty. Hell...all nurses seemed super pretty. what is up with that?

Before he could even check what he was going to say, he spoke."Helloooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo Nurse." His speech slurred as if he was drunk/ on drugs...which he probably was on the latter. He was a bit groggy from his short nap he had apparently woke up from, his face mushed into the cot due to his injury's on his back. "I-I gotz a Question... why is it all... you nurses are so purty?"
@Dark Cloudim still workingon it

Same I sort of did that too with the dwarves.

@Aerandir

<Snipped quote by Epsir>

Yeah I basically did this.

@Aerandir Sorry to be unhelpful here but I really didn't write much beyond what I needed to make explicit for the backstory. I figured since Vera is from a city-state on the High Road that I'd let the GM define which city that is when/if it became relevant instead of taking on the task of writing a city-state in the middle of the defined part of the setting. Safe to say if your scope shows any of the north half of the High Road, Vera's home will be on it somewhere.

@Psyker Landshark@PrankFox@Epsir

I am making a Map for @Guilty Spark, and trying to place your character hometowns in this new world. Can you please give me any details in the ooc you haven't explained in your history of what you imagined. Like if it's surrounded by forest, in the mountains, by the cost, if it's the largest city from their country or tiny village. How easy it is to reach the high road, etc.

This way it can be okayed by the mighty spark. before its canonized.

please and thank you.
@Haydrian Cindel its just getting in the cs building time. drop one in the ooc

Finn Edward Reinheart

25

Male

Human

Adept 3rd class

He stands at a simple 5'4 despite having a tall human father and equally tall mother the trait didn't seem to to pass on to him. He has an olive skin tone with emerald green eyes, broad shoulders, muscular arms and athletic body.

Elemental arrows: Finn can infuse the magic of any element into his arrows. For example he can simply ignite the tip of his arrow for a simple fire arrow, or charge it enough to make a fair size explosion when it hits the target.

Finn is a highly determined young man who is hard working and highly excitable. Seeing each new thing in his way as a challenge he must overcome. Be it finding someone faster than him, or someone who can eat more than him. admittedly he can be an idiot at times, while trying to look cool for the ladies.

He believes greatly in defending those who are in need, even if he has to stand alone. He doesn't care for money but for the experience in life and becoming stronger himself.

Finn was born as the oldest of 4 to a pair of adventurers who were partners when they traveled. He was born prematurely and was not expected to live long. But, by a miracle though he did survive.

Finn grew up in the fair size town called Ayrith, that was set against the Forest just west of Arskel. It was a town where the population was more woodelf dominate, but still diverse enough to spot many other races. However, The Reinheart family were the only humans in the town. His Parents decided to move there when they discovered they were with child, having passed the town many times on their adventures while they were apart of the Wayfarer's guild.

Finn was always on the smaller side, despite his taller parents and younger siblings. Often being picked on by the other children of the city for being so small and weak as a human. Archery was one of the big things the kids of Aryith. As most of the elven parents passed on their knowledge of the bow to their children, the children would often become competitive with it. Then there was Finn, who was small and weaker than the other children, he did not have the strength to shoot a bow at all. He would be made fun of, and he would often get in fights because of this.

After so many times being beaten, Finn wanted to become strong, no matter how long or how hard it would be. So he asked his father to start teaching him how to fight to defend himself. His father was an expert in hand to hand fighting during his adventuring years and certainly knew how to handle fighting larger and multiple opponents. Finn worked as hard as he could, turning every chore he was given into some sort of training by making it a little more difficult than needed. When chores were done he would train more, and learn how to become an adventurer.

The change came quickly, surprising his own parents on how far he excelled in such a short time with his determination and hard work. His mother, Who was an archer; began to teach him how to shoot when he was strong enough. Soon his fights grew less and less, as he was able to protect himself now against his former bullies. He also became strong enough that he would actually break the smaller bows that children his age practice with.

Finn enjoyed fighting with his hands. Yet he also fell in love with shooting a bow. He would still get into fights, and when he would, he would have his bow with him, and sometimes had to use it to help defend himself from those who would use sticks. He started to use it as a makeshift quarterstaff. This gave him an idea on how to Blend his two favorite things together and created an interesting fighting style. With his Fathers martial arts, his mothers skill with a bow, and his quick reflexes, he could fight close to an opponent and even fire off shots in rapid pace. He would often break his bow doing these things though. When he turned sixteen, he started to go on Adventures with his father, who took jobs time to time for some extra money. He didn't realize it was for him though, as he later received a new bow which was much thicker, and specially built with a steel core. So it was strong enough to hold up to his growing strength and his use with it as a makeshift staff.

He decided to travel on his own for a bit, to see the world and other cities guilds before picking The Wayfarer's Guild. Most would think him crazy to pick such a place, but after his travels, and his personal experiences growing up, he felt it more like home. He also felt he could do more good there in Arskel than at any city. So he joined up 4 years ago.

-His custom made steel core bow, encased with a harder but bendable wood to protect it from being chipped away by blades.
-Quiver of arrows on his hip
-Leather bracers
-Dagger for utility purposes/making more arrows/food prep, etc.

-Bow martial arts- because his bow has a steel core and hardwood, its strong enough to deflect weapons and not get bent out of shape(Or chopped in half) He uses it in combat as one handed quarter staff. (little bit more elegant than a club). Because of the steel core, as well as his highly developed muscles. The arrow can fire at a faster rate and penetrate the target a lot more than a normal archer. He can be accurate with a longer shot with a bit more time but anything that is within 70 meters, he is highly accurate even on the move. downside to this style? He doesn't understand the meaning of sneaking in a battle. He 100 percent a fighter. Even With out his bow he is an excellent martial artist.

-Seasoned traveler- Traveling with his father and growing up on the edge of a forest, Finn has learned the basic survival skills of an adventurer. Learning how to hunt/track game and gather edible plants. Because of this he has a very minimalistic pack. Often finding his food on his travels instead of packing it. While not a chef, he can make just about anything a tasty treat.

-Strong and athletic body from years of training hard. He is very active and trained with his martial arts to be agile. While growing up learned how to move around quite quickly in the town and forest. Later on when helping his father, this translated to the city expanding his knowledge on how to get around crowds by climbing the walls and running the rooftops. This greatly helped him with his agile movements and building up his muscles and Stamina even more.. Along with all the physical training on top of that, He seems to have a limitless source of stamina.
