Collab Between Me and TheWindelIkkime turned to see a little girl and smiled
"Little one? I haven't heard that phrase in a very long time" dissipating her sword she put her hands in her pockets and walked over dead bodies, standing adjacent to Lucille
"You have quite the-" motioning to the air
"power here, but I would be careful. You aren't dealing with a normal youkai's energy" her aura grew a little bigger and it seemed that the girl continued to glow "I think that i figured out something about that Youkai in the alley, I was watching Ikkime fight it and i think even Shiina figured something was fishy" she looked at the girls parasol and back to her
"That power of yours is quite troublesome if you run into something without a huge reservoir of...energy I guess."She ran a hand through her hair
"I gotta say, you got spunk thats for sure. You sure aren't a newbie like you showed off to be, but this teaching of yours, would mean that you intent to teach me something new. I look forward to your attempt, it has been a long time since I've fought something strong" she looked at the girl straight faced
"If you intend to show me, then by all means, the first move is yours.""My, you're troublesome aren't you?" Lucille commented softly, twirling her now opened up parasol.
"But you seem to think there's a sliver of equality between us. The difference between our strengths is judged upon our power, skill, and prior experiences. So you see, the boundary separating us is a vast as heaven and earth."As she said this, Lucille's power didn't seem to be faltering, only increasing more and more like a hungry animal. Likewise, her expression did not change and even her smirk seemed to grow wider. She held out one hand to beckon the fox Youkai forward, parasol held aloft in the other.
"But very well fox. I'll play with you before ending this quickly. I'm waiting dear."Battle Theme"We shall see..." turning her body to the side, she used her feet to kick up a body and quickly sent the body flying towards Lucille, using her left hand she picked up another body as well and quickly sent that one towards her, using the same hand, her tails appeared and went through the floor, snaking with speed until they seemed to be directly underneath Lucille moving to attack her.
"Hmm."Lucille cast the flung bodies away with a flick of her wrist and a toss of her parasol. The corpses were sent flying off to the side, their limbs flaying about lifelessly and hitting the walls with a sickening thud. Well this was interesting. Sensing the spike of power beneath her, Lucille hummed idly as she placed her parasol downwards to repel the blow. Sparks would fly as energy tails met with the unmovable force, indicating that the parasol was more than it seemed to be.
Continuing to use only one hand, she opened her hand, spreading the tails into multiples of two, making 14 from the 7, and having them snake around the parasol and quickly speed towards Lucille's body.
Raising an eye in amusement, Lucille leapt back with incredible speeds. Folding her parasol back, she used it much like a sword and deflected the energy arms snaking towards her. When they were all dispersed, she landed with her expression unchanging, opening her parasol again and twirling it behind her. It was obvious she wasn't making much effort for an offensive.
"This can't be all, right? I was hoping for something a little more entertaining this show. In fact, I do believe that brother of yours and his pet wolf are at least half as times more amusing then this charade."Ikkime shrugged and put her hand back to her pockets "It's not my job to make things entertaining, just because that idiot and his mutt follow you blindly and will do almost anything for you, that isn't me, also" she slammed her foot down on the floor.
Almost instantly, the hallway floor under Lucille and Ikkime caved in, falling into the floor beneath them and Ikkime moved with astonishing speed, stepping on debris and grabbing one, she tossed it towards Lucille, seemingly all at once, she also moved behind Lucille and removed her hand from her pocket, a pure purple sword once more appearing, sending a slash upwards under Lucille.
"Such a defiant rebel," Lucille commented, floating down in a slow descent with her parasol. Her red eyes traced Ikkime's movements and she reacted appropriately. With one hand she caught the incoming debris, crushing it instantly. WIth her other hand, she lifted her parasol and blocked the blow from behind, sparks flying once more from the impact. She slowly turned around to face her adversary, keeping Ikkime's sword engaged with her closed parasol.
"I guess this is the part where I start fighting back?"As if the answer her own question, Lucille struck forward and grabbed the fox's face with her free hand. With a heave, she pushed forward to cave in the girl with the surrounding walls as they plummeted. Lucille's grin twisted into something more akin to a dark smirk as she waited for what her opponent would do next.
Opening her hand, the sword disappeared, and moving her hand towards the girls hand, she began to reform the sword. While she did that, four of her tails began to break the fall, while the other three, barreled towards Lucille's body.
Lucille let go of the other girl once she saw what she was doing, effectively ending her barrage. Backing away, she noted the charging tails with a careful eye and opened up her parasol. There was that defense again and she weaved between the falling rubble, dodging and blocking faster than any human movement.
"I could continue to have fun fighting you...or I could let you fall."Gravity suddenly seemed to be defied by this parasol toting girl as Lucille planted her feet on the wall and simply stood there, standing directly on the side. She waved as Ikkime continued to plummet downwards, watching to see how the fox would handle this change in battle.
"Or you could join me..." moving her tails, they threw themselves into the wall and pulled it down, this time, not only making the floor cave in, but the entire hallway collapse. Using more falling debris, Ikkime jumped from cement block to the other, then all effectively, jumping through the air and landing on the stable floor above the falling hallway as well as Lucille.
With a bored look, Lucille leaped from each patch of rubble to the next, walking calmly despite the falling debris all around her. She eventually made it back to a higher section of the now dirt wall before walking on the side with parasol at hand. Leaping up, she landed the final stretch before landing upon the stabilized floor next to Ikkime, tilting her head curiously. Surely this was only the start of her power, right?
Ikkime sighed
"I have no idea how that idiot and his dog put up with you..." she pointed at Lucille parasol
"Dont think you noticed I left that in there did you?" moving her hand, the chunk of purple blade left in the parasol, glowed bright suddenly. Ikkime jumped back out of the window, putting energy into the blade shard, it caused the aura to become unstable and effectly making it explode from to much power.
Lucille blinked, momentarily caught off guard at that comment. Her red eyes flickered over to the shard of distilled, purple energy caught in her parasol and suddenly things began to make a little more sense. However, instead of discarding her tool, the girl only flashed Ikkime a small smile before actually bringing the parasol closer to her.
An explosion reverberated around the hospital, blowing a massive hole in the building's side. It was probably enough to direct the authority's attention outside, giving Eiko more of an advantage in that regard. When the dust and smoke finally cleared out, Lucille was gone from sight.
"I take it back. You're even more brainless than that brother of yours."Appearing behind the fox spirit, Lucille stabbed her parasol through the girl's body, intentionally aiming for the abdomen. Her red dress was slightly singed but otherwise, both her and the parasol were fine.
"It's made of a special material. Stronger than anything you've ever seen and a shield for all practical uses," she explained casually, shoving the end of her parasol deeper into flesh and twisting it around the wound.
"Compared to me, you're a child Ikkime-san. It takes more than tricks to kill me. You don't even know what I am, do you?"Ikkime stood, the parasol stabbed into her body and she looked down at Lucille, her face still blank. Then, she started laughing, grabbing the girls hand, she pulled the parasol deeper into her body until she was face to face with the girl
"I really dont care who you are, the fact that you think I give any shit about a girl Mizura and Chihiro follow is comical, but let me fill you in on something "dear" I am not Ikkime..." her hand was suddenly engulfed in purple, grabbing her wrist, she pulled the parasol out and all in one motion, she lifted the girl up and over, slamming her into the ground. Picking her up, she lifted her up enough to let go, wind back, and send a punch that sent a purple energy out the back of Lucille's body.
The punch sent her back into the wall of the hospital
"I am Yuiko, the Forgotten Wolf of Purple"As soon as Yuiko had finished with her cute declaration, she would be met with a dropkick strong enough to bring her to the ground, causing craters to spider on what was left of the floor all around them. Lucille had recovered too fast for any normal Youkai and she punctuated this point by violently stomping directly on Ikkime's face, keeping her other foot planted on the fox's abdomen to ensure she was pinned to the ground.
"Well at least you're having fun 'Ikkime-san'," the stomping girl said in a mocking tone, smile still there. Blood was seeping heavily in the spot the fox had punched through but it didn't seem to be affecting Lucille at all. Nevertheless, it was evident that as she recovered faster than anything Yuiko or Ikkime had ever faced, so too did she bleed out more so as well. The blood seeped downwards and ran rampant across the stilled fox's form. Parasol still gripped on, the red-eyed girl stomped vigorously and without remorse.
It wasn't her weight that kept the fox down but the sheer influx of power itself, the aura burning all around the manically grinning girl as she continued forth with her mindless intent.
"It really saddens me to see children these days talking more and fighting less. All this speak of how you don't care and even saying out your name as if anyone cares...stuff like that doesn't really matter in the end, right? As long as we're all having fun. Are you having fun, 'Ikkime-san'?"Ikkime's body began to take the pummeling that Lucille was giving her, effectively appearing to beat the living shit out of the girl. After she stopped, Ikkime laid...almost lifeless and it seemed that she wasn't going to respond. Her aura had seemed to disappeared, an instead Lucille would see an
enormous fox in front of her, it stood staring at her, before being engulfed in purple and then suddenly reverting to a human like form
"for someone who complains about others talking, you sure do it quite alot..." Yuiko disappeared and reappeared with Ikkime in her arms
"and if I heard you correctly that "other side" wouldn't like it all that much if you damaged Ikkime, so much for that one, right?"Unfortunately, it seemed that Yuiko's words fell on deaf ears as Lucille continued stomping with what appeared to be the utmost glee, relishing the sight of Ikkime's broken and battered body. Her eyes narrowed in on each drop of blood while her ears focused on the squelch of flesh beneath her foot.
"What's wrong 'Ikkime-san'? Surely that's not all you have to offer an old Youkai such as myself? I'm really just getting started for you and you can't leave me hanging like that! Get up and fight me some more! I'm not satisfied yet!"Yes, it was all coming back to her. The fields of tarnished bodies drowned in their own fluids, the hills of mangled corpses and rotted flesh...she would have continued beating Ikkime into a literal pulp had the fox not taken the girl away and into her arms. At that point, the girl with the parasol leaned back and released a happy sigh, sanity seeming to return in her motions as she opened up her parasol and twirled it in comfort.
Putting Ikkime down and behind her, she stretched
"Are all old Youkai this arrogant? I'd say that between the destruction of the cafe' and the destruction of the hospital, this is were we leave it at? Unless you intend to continue" this was more of a test, Yuiko was putting this little girls acting skills to the test
"In the future though, I do hope to fight you again.""Well I do hope so too 'Ikkime-san'. After all, it's as I mentioned before. You seem to represent a great deal to this girl right here," Lucille said smoothly, pointing to herself. "In a way, I'm much like you. Hiding in the shadows to protect my host. Even still, it is as I said earlier. The difference between us is as distant as heaven and earth."
The girl with the parasol smiled cooly as she nodded to the fox spirit.
"I think it's obvious which one you are."As those words left her mouth, Lucille's eyes rolled back as she stumbled onto her knees. With a grunt, she collapsed onto the ground apparently passed out from her endeavour. However, a few long seconds passed before red eyes opened up to reveal something softer than the gaze that was there before. Standing up to trembling legs, the girl took a look at Ikkime's battered body and gasped, rushing to her side and praying the other girl wasn't dead.
"I-Ikkime-san....Ikkime-san...please tell me I didn't do this!"Yuiko reverted back to her giant fox form and stopped glowing, walking over to Ikkime and sighing
"No, you didn't, someone with quite the ego actually did, but give me a moment" Putting snout on Ikkime's face, aura began to flow from her eyes and over Ikkime's face, healing the girl instantly and beginning to heal other injuries on her body from the battle with Mizura
"We need to go now, stay here with Ikkime for a moment, she's gunna stir in a moment" she looked off at Eiko and quickly moved off towards Eiko.
Ikkime opened her eyes and held a hand to her head, a rippling headache going through her head
"Ho fuck....god damn why does it feel like I got hit by a truck...wait where the hell..." looking around confused she safe Yuiko bounding off towards Eiko
"Son of a bitch..." trying to stand up, she instantly fell, her legs seemingly feeling like jello.
Looking at Lucille she was confused, in pain, and completely unaware of what the actual hell was going on
"Okay, I need you to help me out here for a second, what did that fox there tell you before running off" she looked at Lucille sternly, raising a hand towards her for help.
"Ikkime-san?" Lucille asked with a sniffle, before lunging at the girl and holding her close. Tears streamed down her face, getting the fox Youkai's clothing wet as she bawled uncontrollably. Her parasol lay on the ground, discarded, as she hugged the other girl tightly.
"S-She said...She said that we needed to go...and that I should stay with you...I'm so sorry Ikkime-san! I couldn't control her and when you started killing people, I just had to stop you..."But internally, the existence known as Hernia Mark narrowed her eyes. An ego she may have had, but it was justified all the same. She had held back significantly in that fight but it was still fun all things considered. And at the end of the day, Yuiko was still nothing more than an arrogant child. Yes, she would enjoy meeting her at battle again one day. But for now, she had a role to play, an act to proceed with. Her wounds were already healing and she seemed to grip onto Ikkime just a little bit tighter.
The difference between them....
"Okay, stop stop this is making no sense at all, forget I asked, but if we need to go, then we need to go, also...you're squeezing me a little hard kiddo, I'm alive alright?" she patted the girls head
"now why dont you stop that crying and help me up here."
