Aoba was going to apologize again. He didn't mean to upset Dani like that. As he started to, he immediately paused when he noticed Dalia coming up rather close, rather fast. The fallen angel tensed up and started shuffling backwards, but at the time Dicxson was still behind him, so he ended up bumping into him. Stuck between the hell beasts, Aoba shuffled and tried to move from their attention. But, the next thing that happened made Aoba freeze. If there was a time he could say he truly jumped out of his skin, that would be it. Kuro's hell beast bit down on his arm causing him to try and pull away. He didn't try too hard, afraid that the beast would bite down harder.
Soon enough, those antenna were brushing against him and he froze in place. He flinched at the touch, but realized it was pretty soft. Even still, he was stuck by the creature's grip, and it was doing something that freaked him out at first. Aoba had a look of sheer terror when he was bitten, but it relaxed into something more of an uncomfortable look. His eyes were closed, and he turned his head away from the 'attack'. The fallen angel was completely unaware of the brothers' conversation. He just tried not to make any sudden movements or sounds in fear that he'd be bitten harder. It didn't help that Dicxson was still rather curious about the angel, and was now wondering what Dalia was doing.
By the grace of- well, Aoba couldn't really use that could he? Dalia let go of him and licked his arm. He sighed and wiped his arm off on his shirt before looking up at Kuro. "St-Startle? No- No not at all." He huffed and held his arms behind his back, just in case Dalia tried to do it again. "Oh, okay. I suppose." He said when he explained her actions. The male didn't frown up when he was told he would have to stick with Dicxson, one because he was going to have to learn and the easy way wouldn't get him anywhere, and two because he didn't want Dani growling at him again. There was no need for that again. "Markers sound like a good idea."
"Come on Dicxson, let's try this again." He patted the beast and grabbed onto the reins to lead them towards the start of the markers after Kuro put them down. After getting a slight break, he felt a little more confident about driving the pup like creature around. He stood in front of Dicxson, staring into the creature's eyes. The animal stared back, mildly interested and somehat mesmerized by the angel's eyes. "Follow." Aoba touched his face gently, receiving a huff and a slight nod. The angel smiled and nodded back before going to grab the reins. Dani's head tilted, wondering what he did or said to Dicxson, but decided to just watch.
"Alright, let's go!" They started off rocky. A few plows here, a few misdirections there, but soon enough Dicxson was cooperating much better than before. Now, it was just getting the plow to work properly. . . Well, it was a start.
