"Figured as much. I just wanted to be sure." Aoba rolled up his sleeves and sighed. "Well, as long as I get a bath after I think I'll be fine." He smiled and nodded. Though, his attention turned to Dani as he began whining and getting riled up. He politely waited for Kuro to silence his older brother before speaking. "Dani, you getting all worked up like that will upset Mama. And if she's upset things can't go smoothly. We don't want that right?" Dani looked over at Aoba at first with a raised eyebrow due to the way he spoke to him. He sounded. . . A little more knowing and a lot less like he normally did. But his eyes widened at the mention of hurting Mama and Dani quickly shook his head. "Alright, so you have to be calm and patient. And if you want to help, when we say so you can help us get the clean hay in order to keep Mama and her baby from getting sick. Okay?"

Dani looked a little pensive at first, and a little confused as to why Aoba all of a sudden was talking to him like. . .like a child. Yet the cow was a little more important at the moment and she drew more of Dani's attention than the two helping her give birth- although he did eye them every now and then to see how they worked with her. Dani gave a nod before sitting and watching carefully and with wide, curious eyes.

Being asked which side he wanted to take, Aoba walked and sat down, waiting for the calf. "She looks comfortable as she is. I won't move her." He sat on his knees with his wings folded tight behind him. He had helped with childbirth only twice. Once technically. The first time, he was young and he was told to pass items to the doctor. The second had been a time they were short on staff thanks to a heavy battle between angels and demons and Aoba was the only one around that had some knowledge of the process. Hopefully, it was all the same in birthing.

Minutes passed before anything happened. Dani shuffled in place, but relaxed, not wanting to upset Mama. He was really excited to see it all take place. And seeing Aoba perk up a bit made him perk up as well. "Here we go. There's one leg. . . And the other! Everything is fine so far." He scooted back to give the calf more room.
Yeesh, that took longer than expected. Thanks to being pulled away several times

Well yeah. Woo! It's official, we have another pirate.
For your posts, you guys can summarize the trip on the sea I don't mind. Also, for the NPC you can go ahead and use her. She's going to possibly disappear for the rest of this period. We'll see. I don't know yet.

Alsoo.... My next post they'll be at Brass Cape so don't go too far ahead please and thanks.

Note: Yes, we're going in a Steampunk direction. So, if you have Risa explain anything, then go in that direction. Nothing too futuristic though. And also, yes Brass Cape is an inventor's island. Have fun with that.

....That's all.

She walked with the crew to the Coral Pearl. Seeing how hyperactive Danny was being made her raise an eyebrow in curiosity. Ultimately, it made her smile a bit. At first glance, there was no way they could be thought of as a pirate crew. They were an odd bunch. Only two of them, being Luro and Ray, had a true reason to be on the run. Runali was deemed a fugitive once she decided to be a pirate. Nolan and Dani were as innocent as ever. Well, maybe not now because they probably were wanted pirates as well. The StarDusk pirates had riled up a few people in a few places, so she could only assume that their faces were on a few wanted posters now. The idea of having her own wanted poster made her smirk. She'd definitely have to collect that as a souvenir.

Right as they boarded the ship, the fireworks started. "Right on time." She glanced over at Ray's armor. "Better use of money than what the rest of us bought... Though a chef apron and hat is pretty useful. And hey, being a pirate isn't so bad." She patted Danny's head playfully, mainly because she was short, and walked to the edge of the ship. "Relax Danny, it's not under attack. It's a light show." She sat on the edge, watching it all. It was a really nice ending to a wild and enjoyable day. It was a nice change of pace after them somehow causing mayhem in Waterdeep. She noticed Luro had arrived a little late to the ship, but she just assumed he was lagging behind probably for more rum.

"Hey, Danny, take the wheel and let's set sail. It's time to get out of Utsukushī and-" She paused and looked down at the docks. "Alicia?" Her head tilted a little before she smirked. "A little late aren't you?" She looked over at Luro and smirked. "Of course I'm going to turn her down Luro." She disappeared off the edge of the ship and then tossed a rope over. They couldn't lower the bridge right after they pulled it up and while the ship started moving. "Hey, you guys help Alicia on board. It appears she wants to be a StarDusk pirate." Once they pulled the girl on board, Runali looked over at Danny. "I saw the map. The next place ahead is called Brass Cape. Head that way."

As Alicia climbed aboard, Runali saluted her. "I don't think you need much of a formal introduction. Just know, as a StarDusk pirate you're going to have to get the mark of one." She lifted her sleeve to show the StarDusk symbol on her arm. Runali then looked around, giving a small shrug. "Well, welcome aboard the Coral Pearl. You'll fit in just fine. There's also a free room so you don't have to share with....them." She pointed to the males of the ship and gave a short laugh. "It was for Danny, but she took the book room."

With a nod, she walked back to the edge of the side of the ship and watched as the island departed farther and farther away. "Bye Utsukushī and hello to Brass Cape." She looked over at Ray. "Care to play us off? Might as well show Alicia your talent. And dinner for the newcomer might not be bad either."

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

The trip to the next island was going about four days. The crew all got well acquainted with Alicia and just as the captain predicted, she got along just fine with them.

Runali was lounging in the Crow's Nest when all of a sudden, a shadow flew over head. She tipped her hat and looked up. "A large bird if you- whoa." She stood and hurried down a rope. She whistled for the others and pointed up at the sky. "Unless there are some strange birds near Brass Cape... That isn't all that normal." As she pointed, the figure in the sky seemed to falter and then come crashing down towards them. "...Incoming?"

"AAAHHHH- Oof! ...Ow..." What fell turned out to be a none other than a woman with...odd mechanical wings. The captain had seen many uses for machinery on her short travels with her father, but never had she seen someone trying to...fly. "My- My apologies! My control busted- I didn't mean to-" Her eyes loomed over the one eyed girl, the crew, and then the black flag. "PIRATES!? DON'T KILL ME PLEASE! I DIDN'T MEAN TO- I JUST-"

Runali rolled her eye when the woman started panicking and stepped forward. With a huff, she flicked the girl's head causing her to yelp and cover her forehead. "Stop. Yelling. It's really annoying. We're not going to kill you. Calm. Down." The girl looked at the bent wing and then sighed in relief. "And...mind telling me what those are about?" Runali sat on a barrel and pointed to the wings she had.

The young woman took a deep breath. "S-Sorry. My name is Risa... I'm uh, one of the inventors over at Brass Cape."

"Inventors. How interesting. Well Risa, we're the StarDusk pirates. I'm Runali, the captain. We're heading towards Brass Cape, so we'll drop you off there since...you sort of crash landed." She glanced over where Risa had hit the deck and she noticed the large crack her wings made.

"Oh my- I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to. Don't worry! You can get your ship fixed in no time over at the Cape. They can even touch it up to have...better material. You know, a little touches of armor here and there. Probably better weapons and the likes. It's a very innovative place- o-oh and thank you for taking me there."

"Well Luro, ship repairs are your expertise. You can make that decision. An upgrade does sound pretty cool though. Well," Runali looked out to the distance. "Continuing to the Brass Cape...as planned."
Ha, congratulations for the freedom. I may have a post up before you. May or may not.
Understandable.
I'm working on a post now, now that I'm free.
Drama? Ha, last second decision? Sure, alright.
Enasi took a few steps forward, wondering what the world was going to form into. He was never the best at doing such a thing. Then again, he never really tried so hard. Enasi worked with his immediate feelings, rather than letting a calm overtake him as he tried to express himself. But, it was all going to change. The guardian did make a promise to change his ways. . . Which meant he was going to get better at 'open' self expression- even if it was one step at a time. His pouring thoughts focused and registered on the newly growing world.

Deep colorful trees prodded from the ground as Enasi took some steps. It was the first thing he noticed. Staying in one spot too long caused him to get swooped up by a low branch. He smiled and gently pushed away the soft purple leaf that tickled his cheek. For a moment, he rested on the branch to try and spot some things with higher ground. But the forest was thick and there wasn't much he could see. So the guardian pressed forward. With how thick the trees were, Enasi went from branch to branch, rather than simply going to the ground. The sound of a waterfall wasn't too far off. As he got to the edge of the forest, one of the branches bent as if to let him down carefully only to snap right back to attention.

The Dream Guardian landed right in a flower patch. "Oh. . . Pretty." The flowers were a blue color, but nothing like the leaves of the forest. It was a lighter blue, yet it still fit in with the scenery. Looking up to his original target, he spotted the waterfall and in addition a rainbow to accompany it. Enasi smiled in delight and walked carefully through the flower patch. As he did, the flowers separated into a path so he wouldn't hurt any of them, and soon enough, they changed colors. From the light blue, they were now a golden yellow color. He stopped and looked at them, examining them just as he did the blue flowers. With a glance back at the blue flowers he continued his trek- only to pause moments later.

Hey wait a minute. . .

Enasi turned back to the flowers, going to stand right in the split of them.

Blue. . . And gold. . . Where have I-

He blinked and then laughed to himself. His eye colors. That's what it was. Seishu made the flowers to match his eyes. "How nice. I like this." Then again, he liked all of it. It was a touch of both realms in one, and yet it still felt like home. Everything seemed wonderfully balanced and nicely in tuned with the other. Enasi walked through the flowers and ended up on a familiar soft dark blue grass.

"I've been so busy looking around, I never looked," Enasi's eyes wandered upward to the sky. He watched as clouds danced, changing shape every now and then. He looked up just in time to see the sea life flying in the air.

He even added them.

Seishu was going out of his way to make everything so nice. It was fantastic. Speaking of Seishu, he spotted the male sprawled on the ground. Enasi smiled and cupped his hands together. In his hands formed a flourishing flower similar to a rose with a little more petals on it. Half of this flower was white as Seishu's hair, the other was a deep burgundy color resembling the color of Enasi's own hair. He smiled and blew against the flower, letting it float off towards Seishu. It spun and danced as the wind carried it over to his counterpart. Right as it made it over Seishu, it spun a little faster before exploding into a sparkling dust of the same colors. There was no real purpose besides getting the Nightmare Guardian's attention.

It never landed on him since the wind decided to let it float away with the breeze, but during the time, Enasi wandered over. He looked down at Seishu, grinning. Before he spoke, he sat by his counterpart's side, moving the long white hair so he didn't end up laying on it. Enasi leaned over and so boldly stole a kiss. "I love what you've done with the place." He looked out at the scenery admiring it all and with a soft sigh looked up at the sky and whistled. A group of the manta rays stopped in their tracks and changed course. None of them came toward the two guardians, in fact they started to perform a little show for them. They looped and flew through the sky doing various tricks like spiraling downward of skinning through the air.
Woo, thanks for the luck. I passed.

That song is really catchy. And it was the start of our demise.

And oh great, Coraline gif. This means something bad is really about to happen.
Guys it's the fourth day. Last chance to get your posts up.

I'll try to have mine done by tonight, so you have time today.
Aoba was sound asleep. He had finally managed to ease his mind from the surprising news he had received and was relaxed. It seemed like mere minutes before he could hear a faint noise that grew louder and louder. He didn't quite register what was going on, but the sound of panic managed to get to him. He scrambled out of the bed, nearly tripping as his bed sheet caught his foot. Aoba slowed down a bit, tossed on a shirt and made his way down the steps. He yawned and rubbed his eyes noticing Dani shoot out the door.

"It's. . .time?" He stretched and focused a little more. Someone was giving birth? Who did they know- "O-Oh!" Aoba snapped to attention, following after the taller demon. He rushed outside, forgetting about pants and shoes. Going past the door he noticed it still tattered. "We should. . .probably get that fixed." It was more the sleep talking when he looked at the door, but he was focused enough to know what was going on.

Back in the barn, Dani landed right outside of Mama's gate and leaned over it. "It'll be alright Mama. Kuro and Aoba are coming. They'll know what to do." He wrinkled his nose, trying to figure out what to say to keep the cow calm. "Um, are you happy you're having a kid? Most parents like the idea of having kids and stuff. Maybe we'll even name the baby cow. Isn't it a calf? That's what they're called right-" By that time, Kuro and Aoba had hurried in. Dani moved out of their way and stood at the side with a clear view.

Aoba, by now, was a lot more awake than before, even more so after seeing the mama cow. "Definitely ready for the baby." With a soft chuckle, he opened the gate. "You picked the perfect time." He smiled and then looked at Kuro. "Alright Kuro, what do you want me to do? I can get a towel if you want." He assumed the hay under them would be fine for the time being. But they'd probably have to change the hay after she gave birth to the calf. The cow bellowed again and Dani looked at the two.

"Well? What are you supposed to do. . . Get the baby out?"
