No Touch NPC 超自我
[Male | 31 | Human]Shouta Takan is a revered vagabond pirate with no ship or crew. Most call Shouta The Rookie Judge as he commonly evaluates rookie pirates after taking lodging on their ship. Shouta has a strong sense of self, although he rarely talks about his past. Shouta speaks mostly of what it means to be a pirate. Moreover, Shouta speaks almost poetically of the life at sea, not just of being a pirate. Shouta genuinely enjoys being out at open sea and sailing; he even enjoys the finer aspects of theft and pillaging. At times, Shouta is not above being riled up into a fight. The unifying aspect regarding everything that he does is that he sincerely enjoys it, whether it is a drunken brawl or feeling the salty wind slip through his hair.
On the other hand, Shouta is quick to reprimand those that would abuse the life he enjoys. Those that sail the seas to escape heinous crimes, beyond theft and murder into the realm of rape, torture and manipulation. Shouta has no remorse for the darker side of being a pirate, claiming that although they are all criminals, they can still have honor amongst themselves. Shouta is quick to boldly state the difference between a pirate with the ambition to sail the seas and a criminal looking for refuge on the water. He does not necessarily feel the need to stop those criminals, but declare their true nature to the world.

Much like his ██████, has taken on a role in the world: in the last decade, Shouta has became known as The Rookie Judge. He embarks on a lengthy process to assess rookie pirates and creating an annual list of those that he finds notable. His name is known worldwide and even █████, ███, ███████ respect his opinions. Most also respect his combat prowess as he is a renown master of Busoshoku, often offering lessons to those on board ships that allow him to take refuge while he assesses them. As the Judge, his opinion of a single Rookie, a crew and the members of the crew have often correlated with the Eleven Supernovas of generation or even new ███████████ and members of the █████ for the ████████████. He correctly predicted two of the last █████ and six of the Supernovas from eight years prior. With the generation of Supernoves and █████ around the corner, many look to him and his opinions, while others push to have themselves assessed due to the universal influence of his opinion in the underground, Navy and █████████.
Traits and AbilitiesPhysical AbilitiesShouta has superhuman strength and agility, as well as sharp senses. Unless drunk, his reflexes are also on par with most martial arts experts. Shouta has been shown able to block a canon ball with his bare hand, take bullets from marines to leave only minor whelps and resist being cut by inferior blades - all due to the toughness of his body alone. Other feats include tossing canons and guards aside with ease and out-powering men thrice his size. Despite his relatively small stature, Shouta has proven to be an impress contestant.
Shouta carries an insanely strong will, capable of pushing him through battle and intimidating the weak with a simple glare. Shouta is fervent in his beliefs, and one can see it in his eyes. Shouta alone can walk through flames, withstand nearly-lethal attacks and even will his body to fight off poison (for a short period of time, if it is potent; completely if it is weak or common) by his refusal to give up. Shouta will not stop fighting for his cause, whether it is his beliefs or to survive, until he is dead, and probably even then some.
HakiShouta is a master of Busoshoku (Armament) Haki, capable of performing multiple feats with it as well as having one of the largest pools of Haki in the world. With his Haki, Shouta has fought off entire rookie crews that the intention of killing him after a poor review. Many of those observing situations like these say that every member of a normal pirate crew is only drop in the bucket compared to the Haki volume of Shouta alone. Even among more powerful members of the Navy, Shouta dwarfs their Haki reserves with his own. This alone has made Shouta a somewhat invulnerable judge to those pirates and their crews looking to be judged.
Busoshoku: Koka Canon.
Busoshoku: Kamikan An inherited ability, Shouta can activate this technique and keep it activated for days at a time, if he desired. It is a thinner, more mobile version of Busoshoku: Koka that uses less Haki over time, requires less concentration and as a trade off is significantly less durable. The ability itself is designed to also be an intimidating tactic as Shouta can keep it activated longer than even a Busoshoku master can keep Koka activated, and there is no way to easily discern the difference.
Busoshoku: Garasuhanmā An ability designed by Shouta to carry on his image as the "Judge." Shouta can pick up any stick, handle or even weapon, then imbue it with Busoshoku Haki. As he does, it glazes over black. At the tip of whatever he is holding forms a black, gavel-like hammer out of pure Busoshoku Haki. This hammer weighs an immense amount of requires an equally immense amount of Haki to use. It can smash through virtually anything and cannot change shape. If it leaves Shouta's hands for long, it will disintegrate. Shouta can issue a command "Fun!" to cause the hammer to shatter into thousands of tiny, glass-like pieces that wield the power of thousands of Busoshoku Haki imbued daggers, each shooting outward with enough force to make them dangerous shrapnel. Using this command disables the ability for a short period of time. The hammer itself can be adjusted to multiple sizes at the cost of more Haki, which is of little detriment to Shouta, but is still dependent on size of the handle used.
Fighting StyleFor all intents and purposes, Shouta is a brawler. Although intelligent, he tends to jump into his battles head first. Shouta does not fight for glory, so rarely does he actually seek out opponents that have the potential to beat him or bypass his insane defenses. Shouta primarily fights to outlast his opponent or beat them down with brute and blunt force, but has little refined style for doing so. He can augment his natural capabilities with his almost endless stream of Haki, making him a very powerful and durable fighter. The only true offense is the Garasuhanmā, which notably is a blunt force technique unless it is released. The final tactic of the hammer embodies the "dirty fighting" aspect of being a pirate, which is found in many tactics Shouta uses while fighting.
SailingShouta has inherited the ability to sail and navigate nigh-perfectly. He can read maps perfectly and has a great understanding of the stars and mechanics of most varying types of ships. Shouta is revered as one of the best actual sailors alive in the sense that he can man almost any ship and navigate most seas below the Red Line. This trait is one of the many he evaluates rookies on, as being a pirate is hugely tied into sailing and leading a ship. This includes running the grew as well as intimately understanding a ship and the sea.
