You went from Metal Monday to Korean Boy Band.

Haha, Kay.

As Rex said: M-M-Music Monday!

And just in case the not so new person wanted to see who Quentin would be lumped together with in the new status.

Brace yourself

Aoba was quietly shaking his head behind Dani. He knew Father Gerard meant well, but there was no hope in talking things out with Dani. None whatsoever. However, Aoba was ignored and the priest continued. "You're being absolutely foolish and completely childish. In this place he probably attracts several demons around! And you think just the two of you can fight them all off? How do you think that's affecting Aoba and his health! Look at him! He's better off being in a church, being purified in order to get back to where he belongs. With other angels!"

Dani at this point was bristling with frustration and the urge to attack the filthy male. Not only had he called him childish, but he dared to believe that he and his brother couldn't handle a couple of low class demons. How dare he be so disrespectful! He should he happy Dani allowed him to step foot on the property! In response, Dani growled at him, clearly angered by Father Gerard's presence and his words. "What do you know about what's best for him!? The last time I checked, he was kicked out of that stupid pristine place! Obviously they don't want him back! And obviously you don't know who I am. . . These demons that lurk around all have death sentences if they dare step foot near him. We are better protection than you any day! You just left him here, expecting him to fend for himself! He is perfectly fine here. You go anywhere near him and I'll happily kill you."

That of course caused Aoba to panic, albeit silently. 'Oh dear, Dani please don't attack him!' He was afraid to say anything to him, not wanting that anger to be directed his way. He could only hope that Father Gerard held his tongue, sparing his own life. Dani was still in one place, and it didn't look like he planned to move one bit. The priest still had a chance. All he had to do was accept it and go. As much as he didn't want for him to go just yet, it seemed like the better option. In an extremely soft whisper, Aoba called out to Dani, wanting him to calm down- at least a little bit, but he was ignored. He thought about what Dani said. . .about how the angels probably didn't want him back. . .and the idea only saddened him, making him look at the ground. Making matters worse, Gerard spoke once again.

"This is the kind of behavior that will get Aoba killed. He is not one of you. Aoba is an angel, one not capable of fighting for that matter. He has a chance to return home and you and the other demon are preventing that. The taint you two are causing will ruin those chances for him." Aoba helplessly listened to the two of them go at it. It was such an odd thing, hearing Gerard talk of 'home'. It seemed so foreign now. . . His home was the farm and as much as it hurt, Dani was right. The angels didn't want him anymore. That's why they casted him out without even giving him a chance. But, Aoba was silent, and silently hoping Dani didn't do anything brash.

Yet he had a bad, bad feeling about that. . .

Hellooo not so new guy.
Don't worry! I'm nice to all the potatoes.

And I'm fine with whenever is convenient for you Buns.
Oh, good luck with all that. Just remember to put a 'I'll be kind of busy' note down so I know and I'm not wondering why there is so much lack of posting lately. <-- Goes for the mass.

I understand RL business and it having you occupied, I just would appreciate letting me know so I don't think people are just ditching and not wanting to post.

Hopefully I have full attendance for the next chapter because I will absolutely need it.

Also, yay for the better insight on the Rookie Judge. *Progressionn*

Annd, yeah that's about it from my end.

Instead of an answer, the man introduced himself and wandered off in a drunken stupor. "Shouta the Rookie Judge." She made a mental note of it and watched him go off, watching in a slight confusion. She saw as he got on stage and entertained the crowd of drunken taverners. The captain overheard Nolan's idea to out sing and out drink Shouta and let out a short laugh. "What a fun idea. Luro, how about it? Share a drink with the guy! I think he'll enjoy it. And Ray, I think these guys do need to know how a real musician sounds." The idea alone sounded as if it would have been hilarious to watch. Everyone seemed lighthearted and jolly in their drunkenness, none at the point of violence- not yet at least. Might as well enjoy it while it lasted.

The captain stood, only for Danny to pass by, bouncing along and pulling Shouta towards the tables. She was really a bundle of energy.. She didn't understand why Nolan worried about her so much when Danny was randomly grabbing men. What if he impulsively attacked or something?

Risa was listening to Luro, believing every word he said. "W-what, really? But they seem so...so nice!" She looked over at Nolan who was still near their captain. He was the kindest one of the crew! How did he just kill puppies? He had to be really twisted to do something like that. And Danny was the smallest in the group, but she was dangerous too? Looks were really deceiving... When Nolan had returned to talk to Luro and Ray about contests, she looked a little uneasy around the chef.

"Soft as a blanket? Hah, yeah right Luro, you're like a robotic teddy bear. Soft on the outside, but probably deadly and cold on the inside... Hey Risa, do those things exist? Teddy bears with mechanics inside?"

Risa blinked and looked between Luro, Nolan, and then the captain. Nolan was the one telling Luro to be careful... But Nolan was also the one who was a crazy murderer. Maybe Luro wasn't telling the truth... Or maybe it was an elaborate rouge Nolan was pulling off. "Um- Uh, yes. We do have stuffed animals that are stuffed with gears and mechanics. They can move around by themselves, and some- like ones my brother made, have mini weapons. But they're small so pretty harmless." Suddenly her hand was grabbed and she looked up at Luro in surprise. At the moment, she wasn't sure how to feel about him. First she was his prisoner, yet he had been fascinated beyond compare by all of... well the island. Now, he was her bodyguard and wouldn't let her leave his sight. "B-But I don't want to go meet the Rookie Judge guy." It was too late for that one though. Luro had already began to pull her away from the table.

What was up with him?

Ray had decided to play and sing a jolly tune, familiar by most, making the crowd sing along. He rose men's spirits if they were having a bad day, and prompted some to even dance- but they knew better than to cause too much attention to themselves like that. As his song was over, he joined the others who were now posted near Shouta.

"Sorry about my friend here, she gets a little excited sometimes. I think she was just helping a drunk get to his seat." Runali pulled Danny out of arm's reach, just in case the male had enough sense to get too upset. First impressions had to be good after all. The captain sat directly across from the Judge while the others hovered behind her, whether standing or in chairs. As Luro walked over, Risa was standing more behind him than next to him. He was tall enough to hide behind, and she was sure she wanted nothing to do with this pirate interaction.

For a brief moment, as her crew gathered, Runali wondered where Alicia had left to. But in that moment, the swordswoman returned, feeling content about her quick examination of the tavern. No one looked too dangerous, and no one had a vendetta against any of the StarDusk crew. When she returned, she kept a reasonable distance, not wanting Shouta to feel more crowded than he probably was. Luckily, with so few of a crew, it wasn't too crowded- still, it would have been safer to assume that giving him space was the best idea. Ray was one of those of her crew to give the man his space, standing next to Alicia as he grabbed another drink.

"Wonderful song by the way. You've made these fools remember their happiest days in their lowest hour." Before she continued, Ray decided to be the one to hand the two, Shouta and Luro, drinks from the bar since he had not seen the two drinking as it was. "We didn't start off appropriately. It's an," Runali was going to say honor, but she didn't know if it was quite an honor yet. She still had to figure that out. "Well, hello to you. Wouldn't want to lie and say it is an honor or nice when I know you not. The name is Runali. This is my crew, the StarDusk pirates."

At this point, if he was a marine, they'd know for sure... and they'd probably have to hightail it back to their ship.
Those two toned eyes stared into the dark forest, watching the trees pass. At the approaching negative energy, his attention snapped to it and he looked with wide eyes when he noticed it was Tyar. The news helped him, if only a little. Rue was still alive and his wings were still in tact. He knew that Rue wasn't the best on his feet, so if his wings were injured, he was practically a sitting duck. Despite the somewhat good news, Enasi was still on edge. Seishu had not answered him yet. He was still trying to think of a plan. . . The guardian stayed silent. All he could do was wait it out.

Finally, after what seemed like forever, Seishu finally spoke of a plan. 'Become a bomb?' "I can assure you I probably already am one. . ." He mumbled more to himself, but began to do just that. All that compacted energy he had been using to maintain his health built in his core. He siphoned the little fragments of positive energy he could, which wasn't too much. Tyar's happiness to be of use was positive enough to help. His mind wandered over multiple things, all in effort to stay somewhat calm. Most of the other parts of the plan were only half heard. He caught bits and pieces before going into his own little world.

His worried and sad eyes met Seishu's. He didn't reply to him, but he did return the kiss. Instead of responding to the question right away, he looked down to the approaching castle. "I-... I am absolutely terrified for Rue right now. This is a really insane plan, and I don't like the fact that I have to hurt a lot of your minions. It's not very nice. Gin is a terrible, terrible minion and as bad as it is, I wish nothing but the worst for him because he's put you through so much hell and has hurt too, too many minions of ours. And I'm not suppose to think like that. I was also worried about your health every time your minions piled on you like that because you're doing all this while you're injured- and I'm almost one hundred percent sure Crios would never condone this. And I also think you were being really foolish to get so worked up over before. I told you I was fine so you should have been as well. But in the end, I trust you. So, yes. I'm willing to take the risk."

As the male spoke, practically imitating Rue's speed talking- unless Rue got it from Enasi- the negative energy building up in him seeped out and into Seishu. It gave him more room to compact the energy he had, and eased his mind a lot more. "Yes, yes I'm ready now." He heaved a sigh and nodded. Kaila and Tyar both looked fascinated to see the negative energy come from the Dream Guardian. After all, he was the embodiment of positivity. It was definitely new. But they would have to ponder that much later. At the moment, things had to be done. They had to save the little fairy child from any more harm.

The castle came closer and closer making Enasi more and more antsy. He justed wanted to see Rue though he was afraid that if he saw him, he wouldn't like what he saw. "Oh, he's probably hurting so much. . ." He whined a little, getting quiet right after.

- - - - - - - - - -

"There's nothing interesting about the runt. He's not even powerful." A minion examined, moving Rue's face left and right to examine him. Right after, he tossed the fairy back down and moved away from him. Gin on the other hand, was frustrated. Why and how did the kid get into his realm? Was it some decoy? Was this thing just bait for the real happenings?

"I want answers! Who else is with you!?" Gin prodded his stomach with his foot, messing with a few fractured, maybe broken ribs. The minion ignored the soft whines, and prevented Rue from rolling over. "Answer me!"

"N-No one." The fairy wheezed out, trying to keep his arms between Gin's foot and his ribs. There was no way he would rat out the guardians. Not even if his life depended on it. Though, it wasn't like he was lying. No one was with him at all. He didn't even know how he ended up in the Nightmare Realm to begin with. Gin growled and proceeded to kick him again, causing tears to well up in his eyes. 'P- Please Lord Enasi. . . Mister Seishu. . . Help me.'

See? I understand.

Took me forever to find that

Yohohoho, the time is near.

Even though I didn't parparticipate in the chapter: *Applauses and apple ciders around*

Good thing they had flashlights, or they would have been walking blind. Speaking of being blind, there was a certain glasses wearing boy was just emanating with frustration and grumpiness. "Inadi, seriously. You're bumming me out. As bad as whatever it is, lighten up." She playfully punched his arm. "You're gonna get your girlfriend all worked up. You're suppose to be protecting the little people." She grinned and then laughed. "You can't keep everyone from worrying if you're upset. Duh." They all started slowing to a stop, although they were already going pretty slow. The suckish map had them confused but hopefully not lost.

Her attention was on Harper when he spoke and with her usual smile, she spoke as if it were nothing. "Uh huh. A few actually." It was as simple as that, as if knowing murderers was a normal thing. Nevertheless, it was the life she grew up in, so it was normal to her. "Of course I'm right. We need to stop being so droopy. It's killing the mood here more than the dark. You guys, being terrified won't solve anything. It'll just-" She paused when it of the blue, some self proclaimed witch appeared.

In the matter of moments, Japhet was as red as a rose and the little witch was claiming hostages. She melt yelling about turtle dragons and of course Ace thought it sounded like the most amazing thing in the world. "Summon it then! I want to see!" She challenged the girl, who continued yelling about the creature. There was a moment when Nympha let go of her so called hostages, so Ace reached over and grabbed the terrified Leila. "Relax Leila! We'll get through here get the stuff and go-" A low growl emerged from the earth itself so it seemed. It was enough to have everyone yelling and running in the direction they were supposed to be going in. Ace paused, gently pushing Leila off with the others, if she hadn't already took off.

"Wait, we're not going to figure out what it is? What if it's friendly- or harmless! What happened to don't judge a book by its cover?" She was still in place until a soldier shoved her forward to get her moving. "Fine, fine." She hurried off with the others, glancing back to see if she could spot the beast in the dark. "Wait... How come he gets to take the lead?" Ace nearly forgot about the beast, just for that moment, but decided that she wouldn't worry too much about it... Her sense of direction was good for wandering. Following maps was kind of out of her league, especially hand drawn ones with no street signs. In fact, she even ran with the back of the group, curious to see what a mixture of a turtle dragon would look like...

"When she did see it, she was in for quite a...pleasant surprise. The beady red eyes, the glowing spiky turtle shell, and the very, very sharp teeth. "Let's see... Most dragons are carnivores. Turtles normally eat plants... With those teeth, I'm thinking that's more of a dragon aspect. It's got a shell... Slow, but a little faster than a regular turtle-"

"Let's go!" One of the soldiers that tagged along practically dragged Ace along with him. "Are you insane!?"

"No, not that I know of... Would you let go off me!" Ace heard the sound of a tree crash to the ground. "We should tame it and take it to the tea party. That should shake them up." Ace didn't know if they were even listening, but she thought it was a brilliant idea. "Well, if we keep this up, it'll at least follow us to the tea party. They'll think that the turtle dragon is on our side- Hey kid witch! If you're a witch can't you make it stop? Or tame it? What are you useful for if you're just going to run with us?"

As Fox said, good luck to you both!

I'll have a post in the afternoon-ish, in like two hours.

Winter? Haven't heard from you in a bit either, where art thou? I've given extra time to post.
4 days and two posts not including the NPC . Work with me people. I'll give an extra day for our pirates lagging behind- because with so little, that's a lot for me to add to my post. And takes away from you all.
