Cuttersbury: Drych Lake Spa- Dock

Cap held his head up proudly at the compliment. Nani was still wondering why the guy was boating so quickly when she heard Jett yell 'Cannon Ball'. Being the pirate she was, she perked up and looked around for where the cannon ball could have been- until she realized that Jett meant jumping in to the lake. "How disappointing." Though she should have suspected that kind of thing. "Oi, uh Jett-" But he had already jumped, and the guy, now recognized as...well an old guy approached.

She returned the salute and smiled. "Nice ta meet ya old timer! The name's Nani. I and a handful of others are guests, yes." Gramps seemed pretty chipper at the idea, but Nani didn't mind too much. "A massage?" She glanced over at Jett who kept close to the docks. "You don't know what they are?" She shook her head and then turned her attention back to Gramps. "Ah, I think I'll pass on the massage. Random people touching me? Nah. But my friend Jett here would love it! He's gotten pretty banged up from our recent activities of fighting large rats." After a pause, she shrugged. "Okay, okay. I guess I can get one as well. No harm in it I suppose."

She stepped to the side and gestured for Gramps to lead the way. "Well Jett? You gonna stay in the lake until you prune? Or are we going ta follow the nice grandpa?"

Nani turned her attention to the sound of someone screaming bloody murder. It was pretty loud if she could hear it from the docks. At first, Nani had the idea to go check out the situation...but with the handful of guilders in the building, they probably would have gotten to whoever it was before she did. "Are screaming people normal, or should we go check it out...?" Her question was directed to Gramps since he worked there and all.
*Will get in the post line*
Seeing Seishu smile made him feel a little better. Even if he didn't show it, he was as worried as Rue. Maybe more so. The guardian didn't want to think about Seishu starting to worry or freak out in the middle of fixing the hole in his stomach. Enasi moved his arm and taps his cheek lightly. "You're doing fine." He whispered the encouraging words with a smile before closing his eyes. "Don't strain too much alright? You're still injured you know." He sounded like a worried mother, just as he did with his own minions. The guardian quietly listened, letting the two speak. At the mention of the pain killers, Enasi looked up at the ceiling. "Contingency plan. He had one of course. I wonder why he hid it with you though. . . Don't you want to say goodbye to your loved ones? While you're there you could gather as much energy as possible. It might lighten the sickness a bit. Though I'm sure Crios has already thought of a plan for whatever happens."

"Lord Enasi," Rue started with some hesitation. There was a concerned look in his eye as he rested his cheek against Enasi's hand. "Shouldn't you be worrying about getting yourself fixed up? You're injured really bad. . . And don't you two always talk about Balance and how it's bad for you to be injured?" He stole a glance at the injury and looked at Seishu and then Enasi. "He's doing a really good job though."

Enasi looked over at his minion with a calm expression. "I probably should, but I trust Seishu. And I trust my minions. I'm not dying so there's nothing to be upset about. Positive thoughts Rue. Optimism and such." He chuckled softly and continued. "Of course Seishu is doing a good job. He's got many talents. One being, not cracking under pressure and being able to get things done. Although his self sacrificing could be given a rest. . . There's no need for him to be even more so injured. Yet, he's still willing to go back to our realm in order to get me back home, even if it gets him sick. He's very brave you know. . ." Rue had listened to his guardian's rambling, but while Enasi looked up at the ceiling Rue gave Seishu a questionable look.

"Did you drug him?" The words were mouthed, and it was mere curiosity considering most situations that were dire, he wouldn't have been so calm. He continued to hold Enasi's hand supportively. Though the support was more for himself than his guardian. Enasi was still rambling on about things, though now he had caught Tyar and Kaila's attention and started telling them stories of things that happened while Seishu was in the Dream Realm. It got his mind off his own energy and it reminded him of the times he told stories to the minions in the medical wing, or just his minions in general.
Oh uhhh whoops. Kinda too late to change it but okay. Noted.
That's awesome. Even the binge eating candy.

I had to edit the post if you've already read it. If you have then shame on you for not catchimg my failures. A whole section was cut off. Ha, whoops.

Cuttersbury: Drych Lake Spa... Finally!

Someone yelled for them and Nani raised an eyebrow. Before she could say anything, he rambled about the fight and then about rooms that they were settling in. Just thinking about being tossed around in the fight made her sore. "Oi, you guys have any source of water besides that lake?"

"Oh yeah, of course, it is a spa after all! There's showers and a hot spring." He pointed out where both were and Nani nodded. "Right, right, spa." She looked in the direction of the showers and the hot springs... Then there was also the lake. "Well I suppose I might as well go to the lake before I get cleaned off. Wouldn't want to get dirty again." Her hands were on her hips and she looked at Jett. There was also no point of leaving the guy all alone- after being so awkward with the rest of them. Nani laughed and rolled her eyes. "C'mon Jett. We're gonna check out the lake." Cap repeated her with much more enthusiasm before flying ahead.

Nani didn't bother to wait for the guy, instead she headed out until she caught up with Cap. She assumed Jett would follow, but if he didn't that was fine with her as well. Either way, she'd make her way to the hot springs. "A ship is spotted! On the right!"

Cuttersbury: Drych Lake Spa - Dock

"What? No you silly bird, that's just a little boat. And that's straight ahead! We really need to work on your directions. How can ya be a pirate without a sense of direction?" She laughed and patted Cap's head. "Ah, you're still the smartest bird out there, it's alright. I wonder who's out in the boat though. Looks like he's fishin'... Actually he looks like he's coming this way?" She looked at the nice scenery of the lake and then put her hands on her hips. "Not much I can really do around here. Hot springs it is. Oi, Cap if you go flying off, don't get yourself into trouble."

"Aye, aye!"

Nani, for the moment, wondered why the guy looked so much in a rush to get out of the lake. Maybe there was a lake monster in it! Maybe she could skewer a lake monster... She decided not to get her hopes up, and at least wait for an explanation.
I'll post then since Ryver's not up for it. And I assumed Tau was talking to them, I'll edit if I'm wrong.
Lol at least she didn't try to steal it yet . ShShe'd prroooobably give it back. Haha maybe.

When Toby got hit, she shook her head and merely sighed. "I told you so." That pole was in her sight though... One way or another, she did want to take it from Gary. After all, people with anger problems shouldn't have had weapons in the first place.

Well... It was nice to know that they were hesitant at first, and not as insane as they were. She supposed she could forgive Froggy and Marina. "To be fair, hah!" Ace looked over at Numair. "What we did was called self defense. It's a standard tactic all humans, and I'm sure nobodies know of. You hit first, which means we hit back. It's a common thing really. Being fair, is telling someone you want to fight and then meeting them to properly fight. That's fair." She leaned back on the table. "Argue? No one's arguing. We just want acceptable answers for this ridiculous meeting. And how about the leader explain the rest, since she was there during all of you guys' raids." Despite the new seriousness in her voice, she didn't speak with any malice. Ace picked up that skill, hearing her boss always making deals and negotiating with clients or other crime bosses.

She pretended to have an idea moment. "Has it occurred to any of you that maybe asking before you attacked us might have been a better suited deal?" While everyone spoke, Ace picked over the food. She ate a little, only enough to not have to think about eating later. The food was good, but that didn't excuse them from what they did. In the midst of it all, Toby of all people managed to get angry first. Towards his attack at Inadi, Ace....she laughed. It wasn't the appropriate thing to do, but she did. "Oh Toby, you must think this is supposed to be all happy go lucky and all, huh? We've had some...fall outs with these people. You wouldn't understand. Just calm down. Inadi has all rights to be as hostile as he wants. Just as long as he doesn't start fighting or anything." Though...that sounded like a fun idea.

She caught the frown Sacha gave and then playfully stuck her tongue at him. At the thought of her memories fading, she looked down at the plate she was picking at. Sure her memories were fading, but they were all minor details from get life. Then again, forgetting the name of the orphanage she was from and the name of her boss was pretty important to her. She didn't have much, and she wanted to keep what she did. Ace still remembered how old she was, and she remembered her name. She also remembered the importance of her hat. But obviously she didn't want to forget anything else. Who knew what everyone else had started to forget as well... especially the three who had been there longer than she had. She waited for the question by Leila to be answered, and everything else was clear before she spoke again.

It was time to make a decision. They couldn't ponder over this moment forever. "As insane as this all sounds, especially the bunny guard ordeal," She looked at Harper and Inadi, the two she looked up to as the 'leaders' of the group. "I say we take the offer." Ace raised her hand before they could protest. "Hear me out. We all know, whether we want to believe it or not, our memories are fading. We've been on some wild chase to grab these things, not knowing how they could possibly get us home. If we really don't want to end up as crazy as them," She gestured to the Hooded Figures casually, "Maybe we should just help each other. The Nobodies live here. They don't have to help us you know. But these weird people are just as ready to go home as we are. We have that in common. And I don't know about you guys but I don't want to become like that. And the more people, the more help...However!" She looked over at each of the Hooded Figures.

"Trust goes both ways you know. If we have to trust you, then you have to trust us. Since this was our mission, we should hold onto all of the items. All of the ones you stole too. But we all know we have to have all the items to get out of here. So.. you get to hold on to one item. One item is all it takes after all. But," Her gaze turned to her own friends. "That's just my opinion. I mean, majority rules."
She shrugged and went back to eating food. No need to starve after all. "Oh yeah! And... Can I have pinkie's pole?" It was worth a try before she started to try and steal it from her. It was completely off topic, but Ace decided to ask. She went from serious, back to her normal self in the matter.
