Katsumi then asked the conselers " what if they where to spar any way? Could you actually stop them? They seem powerfull enough to dissobey and if they did what could you do about it? It is not my intent to break the rules but you must give incentive to follow them or the rules would simply be ignored..."

As we arrived on the school roof we saw Eren hitting on the prettiest girl up there. Kiara then walks up and pull him by the ear away as she says to the girl "ascuse us."
Eren: " hey! What th..! Ow! Ow!" Eren was taken by surprise the throwned in a seat.. he sat there and looked up at drew and kiara then said "we're still cool right?"
Katsumi's eys where immediately drawn to the match about to start. "Interesting..." he thiought to himself. This would give him a chance to observe how strong they where and what there weaknesses Might be.
Chris smiles and pulls a bit of her hair away gently as he moves in and kisses her cheek. "Yes you are..."Katsumi then interrupted as he spoke for many of the campers.. "So Is this when you two make out or is this when something dramatic happens?" Katsumi said to embarrass them into to stopping. " Public displays of affection are considered uncomfortable to many.. may I remind you that though moments like this are nice,.. This may be when you take it some where more.... private" Katsumi then smiled at them and walked away. He hoped the boy would take his advise.. Katsumi was no stranger to things like this..
Well with a living weapon. Chris can't stop the powers since it's another person using your person as a way to get powers out it seems. If it wasn't alive then he can stop it. But I won't edit my IC post cause he doesn't know that either :POk.. This is gonna be fun.. ^_^

Lol. Ok but that still means Katsumi's powers are in play..
Katsumi is not using some kind of energy, he is using a sword. At most you could paralyze him.. so then how do you shut his powers down? That all depends on the deal you make with the demon in the sword.. but it is a high ranking fiend so the cost is going to be horrifying. I recommend you don't adrees or mess with the demon.. at very least you will die for being cocky enough to adress it in it's perspective.
Blocking out powers is one thing, dabling with demons is another... though it is ok if your character thinks it can shut my powers down. I want to see what will happen. Lol. So as you can see, I'm horribly evil... ^_^
I am a little unsure about about the abillity to nullify other peoples powers to the extent liegelord's character is able..
When it comes to people like Kyle, Ivy, and Venessa it makes sense because it would be genetic.. by making certian gens dorment he is able to shut there powers down.
As fo Devon and Katsumi this is where it does not make sense...
For Devon, she is a dragon not a human. If he ehere to shut down any gens, it would be her human ones because they are the unnatural gens inside her.. to shut down he draconic gens would have horrifying results.. so what is the differance between say Ivy and Devon? Well Ivy is human, so most humans can not control fire.. that means that the gens that are allowing her to do this are abnormal or mutated where as for Devon this is not the case. Devon is a dragon so the abnormal gens are the ones that aloow here to be human.. shuting down her draconic gens will ultimately erase her!
As for Katsumi his powers have nothing to do with genetics, to shut them down you would have to adress the demon that grant him his power, and that is undoubtedly going to be catastrophic for you! Demons are not lnown for thier cooperation with humans of any kind.. so please explain why your abillities are able to overwhelm a demon that predates your own existance...

Chris smiles a bit at the comment. "Thank you." He thinks a bit more before looking around at everyone, a bit nervous. "My name is Chris Michelson. I am 16 years old..." He gulps a bit and sighs. "And i have the power of nullification... a rare ability to stop another person's powers from being used for a limited amount of time...""Oh?" Katsumi replied "And what if there powers are not derived from themselves, but an object, artifact, spirit, or the possibillity that they may not be human at all?" Katsumi asked..
