~Adam and Ruby~
Adam glared at Lucas, not planning to reply. He instead lit up another cigarette. He didn't like the fact that Ruby was stuck starring at Theodore; in fact he didn't like it when she looked at any guy. He poked her lightly with his elbow, and she turned to him and Lucas, startled.
"Oh! Excuse moi. I wasn't paying attention." She drank the last drops of her wine. It tasted well. She stood up and wore her cape with the large hood. "You will excuse me now." Adam looked at her with curiosity. "Oh it wouldn't be a hide and seek If I told you!" She said playfully and have him a kiss on the forehead. "Be nice with everyone." She said to him in a more cold tone. She waved at everyone and left the building, heading to the library.
Adam sat back at the chair and looked around. "So. Not many girls around here. Too bad." He took another sip of his cigarette and blew out the smoke in circles.
Ruby arrived at the library, and she really liked the place. She quickly found the book she was reading before, and sat on a wooden bench in the library, as she kept reading the old book.

Adam sat back at the chair and looked around. "So. Not many girls around here. Too bad." He took another sip of his cigarette and blew out the smoke in circles.
Ruby arrived at the library, and she really liked the place. She quickly found the book she was reading before, and sat on a wooden bench in the library, as she kept reading the old book.

Ruby was satisfied with Gary's approval to join them. Once she walked back to the table she saw Adam was just a moment before hitting something, ..or someone. She hurried to him and sat him down. She then leaned closer to his ear.
"Relax. I am a big girl." She whispered.
Adam was already lighting another cigarette, blowing out the smoke furiously. Ruby stroked his hair playfully, and Adam put his palm over her hand and tighened his fingers as he sighed, something like a tough stroke. Nothing bad though, it was an action of anxiety and care. Ruby flashed her gaze upon him as she didn't expect this kind of move. She smiled back at him, as if to calm him down, and let her fingers slip off his grasp, and proceeded to sit at the chair between Gary and one of the brothers. She was drinking slowly her wine, observing everyone.
Adam was trying to stay calm, just because Ruby wanted it. He would gladly break Gary's nose. He kept his eyes nailed on Gary and Theodore, watching their moves. Once in a while he would look at Lucas, but this one he liked more, he seemed more polite, more.. noble. He didn't stop smoking for a second, he kept lighting cigarettes before the previous ones were even finished.
"So..." Ruby said quietly, as her eyes bounched from one to another till they scanned the whole company. She was curious of what was going to be. This was surely not the utopic first day.

Adam turned his gaze upon Theodore, raising his left eyebrow. Without moving anything else but his hand he popped a cigarette out of his pocket and handed it to Theodore, nodding lightly, as if approving the gesture. He then leaned forward with his elbows on the table and his legs crossed and observed the people, the surroundings and the conversations happening.
Ruby smiled as she found funny the difference between the brothers' drinks. She looked over Lucas, for he seemed like trying to start a conversation, something that everyone needed.
"I grew up in a small town, I'd tell you the name but you probably have never heard of it." She said and smiled politely. She looked at Adam, but he didn't look like he would answer. "He's from London. I like London." She said and drank some wine.
Adam soon noticed Gary at the corner of the cafe.
"No wonder he is alone." he said in a cold voice.
Ruby got very annoyed by Adam's comment. "Such a mean thing to say, Adam." She soon scolded him. Adam moved his head in dissatisfaction and took another sip of his cigarette. Ruby stood up and looked around to find Gary. He was indeed sitting all alone at a corner, drinking some sort of drink. She walked there and waved her hand at him.
"Salute" She said and smiled. "We are all sitting over there, you can join us. It would be nice if we all got to know eachother a bit." She said while pointing her finger to the table where she was sitting a minute ago. She leaned closer to Gary, and smelled his drink. "..Whiskey?"
