Oh, so arrows (and generally projectiles) are persistent objects, in their own right? Thanks, that clears it up.
@TheHangedMan Or that, yes. I do hope it won't escalate further, though, since that way lie lethal options.
Also, just so I'm clear on this:

Noble Arms, when normally manifested, strain the user with a sort of an "upkeep drain" as long as the weapon is material; ranged Noble Arms do not require mundane ammunition, firing self-created rounds instead, which are technically a part of the weapon, correct?

So 1) how is it so that Winston can roll around with a sack of NA bullets without paying upkeep for having his Colt out while the bullets exist?
2) Why do you need to detoxify Catalina's victims? Shouldn't the toxin have vanished along with the arrows once she unsummons Vipera?
@The ghost in black Yay! Go help us defuse the situation.

Also someone react to the #27 please!
This my friends, is what we here in the country call: "A Good Ol' Mexican Standoff" xD

I can Cool Heads Prevail everyone, but I'd rather not, since the newcomer might take it personally, and he's probably hax enough to solo everyone else.

Just for posterity. I think I got everything right.
@Minato Namikaze Breakdown? It's on the edge between Perception Intrusion and Entropy, yes.

"The human mind is a complicated machine. It processes thousands of things at any given time, and keeps the complexities of the body regulated so that its myriad parts work together to form a cohesive whole. This ability gives Takumi a weapon against that mental equilibrium; it causes just a hint of entropy that ripples through the subject's every function, forcing it to do something unrelated whenever it attempts something."
@TheHangedMan Well, depending on what sort of Noble Arm the director has. What do we know, he might have some sort of 「Highway to Hell」 ability.

For more pertinent matters — I'm waiting for someone to react to the #27 guy first, since Takumi won't budge unless Winston backs down, new student or not.
Uh... The grandfather died. Unless you want to twist my back story a bit, but then you have to make another reason for them to learn that Takumi isn't the Yata-prophecied guy. (I'm okay with that if you do that.)

Oh well. As long as they don't bring Reika, I guess.
