@ Condor Talon: If the character has been around for (let's say) 2 years or under, then we'll go with they don't really know them. (Maybe the name, but that's about it?) If they have been around 3 years or more, then they know them. (Their name, job, a little about them but probably nothing personal, etc).

@ Condor Talon : Yeah, I think it's safe to say the characters that have been there for a while, they know them. As for ones who just got there, most likely not. If they have been around for 2 years or less, then no. But if they have been around 3 years or up, then they should know them. (like their names, a little about them, their jobs, etc) but nothing too personal, I suppose.
