There was a constant war among races. At one point biomachines called Weapons were created or just appeared and because this were a much bigger threat the races decided to join forces and fought in the big war what ended when they managed to destroy one of the weapons in Caelifer, which had been the battlefield and the rest disappeared to never be seen again (they went to hibernate in Acretifer). They all celebrated peace and decided to make the CEBSB or "Cultural Exchange Between Species Bill"

I prefer light than holy. While I'm a religious person I rather have a roleplay of a fantasy world with no religions because lore wise it is a pain to develop, not to mention the possible arguing and polemic

Make angels light powered? To not make it too much crippling we can say that it is not only sun light, but also light bulbs and fire.

Well, I gonna re imagine Bernabé as a student senior (maybe of an universitary grade) with the power of regeneration and pain resistance (an ESPer that accelerates time within one's body so that the natural healing of angels seems almost instant, way less OP than the previous power), how about you guys?

Powered by wind? We could skip the explanations on power source, I don't feel like it is relevant to the roleplay, and we can always bring some futuristic plethobium that powers the city with magic or stuff
