Hey there~ I go by the name of Amaralyn.
I mostly linger here during my summer break. I live in a CET (or GMT+1) zone, so it is likely I won't be able to post during the same time as most of you. Also, as is stated in my signature, my first language is not English. I do my best to make sure everything I write is proper English (especially when it comes to proverbs and things like that) but may you ever encounter an error in a post (or this bio for that matter), however small it may be, then please notify me via a PM.
As for roleplaying, my favorite genre is slice-of-life, though I am also up for some mystery and horror aspects and don't mind fantasy and fighting to a certain extend, especially if it's an original concept. I for example am fine with RPs that center around high school students with magical powers, but don't like RPs set in Medieval times with orcs and elfs and the likes. I'm also really not into sci-fi/mecha stuff, nor in RPs which are set in apocalyptic situations. I've never really tried one-on-one RPs, but if you're looking for a partner and have a plot in mind which you consider I might like, then feel free to hit me up.
All of that aside, I look forward to roleplaying with you. :)

I sometimes have ideas for RP's, but I never really work them out, so I thought about posting them here.

Ideas so far:
(Super)Natural
A group of people gets stuck in a house that appears to be haunted. Among these people are some who strongly believe in the supernatural, and some who reject such ridiculous ideas. But as everyone is put in this strange situation, how will they react? How will they react towards the others? And as the story progresses, will their ideas change? Will they go insane? Or will they try to keep the group together and try to find a way out of this house?
School slice-of-life story
Idea is simple: A slice-of-life RP about teens going to school. ._. No magic. I was thinking of having this set in a coastal area in Japan, and have the students not all live together in one building, but rather have them living separate. Maybe some of them can live close to each other or know each other from kindergarten, but not the majority. Other than that I didn't know what to do with this...
Assassin's Creed themed RP
Exactly as the short discription says. The Assassin's Creed series are my favorite games, and I'd love to do a RP centered around the games. Basic idea is an assassin organization, era could be any you'd want, though I prefer history over future. A setting I was thinking about is the Dutch Golden Age. With all the trading and inventions and what not it might make for an interesting setting.
Gag RP
A RP that's supposed to make little to no sense at all. Mostly supposed to be funny, could also be absurd, but not meant for Free Roleplay. I was thinking about something similar to, but not exactly the same as, Arakawa under the Bridge, Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou, or Hoozuki no Reitetsu.
Gin-iro no kami no Agito (a.k.a. Origin: Spirits of the Past) based RP
I think the story of Gin-iro no kami no Agito would make for a good RP. You could keep the main story the same but introduce your own characters. You could go back in time, before Agito and Tuula, and maybe do a story about setting up the new world. You could start where the movies ends; what happens next. This could be as far ahead in the future as you'd like. Could be a few days, a few years, or a century. What has become of the world and is there a new threat?
Kyoukai no Kanata based RP
I think the title says enough. :I Just a RP that's based on the awesome anime Kyoukai no Kanata. Basically a group of students who are or want to become Spirit World Warriors. There could be some yomu among them as well, but obviously not too many. That'd be lame...
Maybe someone else can use these ideas... :3
