Jaunte would lay his life down for his Master, and already has pledged his eternal life to the Dark Lord. Jaunte beleives in fighting fair in a battle, and that's where he belongs. All he has ever known was battle, that is his home. That's where Jaunte can be himself.
Biography: Jaunte was once a living man, like all of the Dark Lord's Seven. In life Jaunte was a legendary warrior, he was called the Saint of Weapons. This was due to the fact that he was skilled with so many. Whether it was a sword or a bow, whenever Jaunte would pick up a weapon, it was considered art. Jaunte was not an only child though, he had one other sibling, a older brother. His brother was also skilled in the art of warfare but he wasn't as skilled as the Saint. While Jaunte got all the the praise, his brother became jealous. That jealousy manifested in pure hate and disdain for his brother.
That's when the brother decided to make sure that Jaunte would never get anymore praise. He hired several men to fight the Saint. They agreed for a decent amount of money, and the brother agreed. Jaunte was attacked by the men and they did not succeed in killing the Saint, but mortally wounded him. As Jaunte laid dying on the ground, the brother appeared. The last thing that Jaunte saw was the knife of his brother plunging deep into his heart.
Jaunte's corpse was left where he was slain. The crows had began to devour the corpse but before they could a Necromancer stumbled upon the body. Surprised at whom he had found, the Necromancer took Jaunte's lifeless corpse to his lair. Where he brought the Saint of Weapons back to life. Jaunte woke from his eternal slumber and looked into the Necromancer's eyes. The Necromancer told Jaunte that he was to be his slave forever. The Saint did not agree with this, and he slaughtered the Necromancer for his insolence. Jaunte left the lair of the Necromancer with one thing in mind. Revenge. It was not hard for Jaunte to find his traitorus brother. Once he found him, Jaunte slaughtered his brother. After killing him, Jaunte took his brother's eyes and drapped them around his neck. The Saint wondered the world until the Dark Lord found him, and that's when Jaunte found his new purpose. To serve the Dark Lord.
