Koemi, Siren of the Choiring Swarm
♪~ Here's a theme. ~♫
Age: Two-Years Old

Personality:
Koemi gives off a somber aura, her eyes seeming to always stare to the floor below and her lips rarely moving only to break her silence with drudged sighs. Her pace is eerie slow and seemingly directionless, although this facade is not intentional, people are often quiet when they are focused and Koemi is almost always focused on her surroundings. Truthfully she is a high-spirited and dedicated individual who dislikes silence and is in a constant quest for something to do. She's a busybody, she's helpful, and when her attention is given to an individual the somber aura breaks and shifts into a warm motherly vibe.
~
There is another part to her however. If you come across to Koemi with ill-intent, and the lament of ravens is heard nearby? The girl will seem to change entirely for the worse- her calm scarlet eyes setting upon you, and her stillness would seem more threatening than sad. When in combat, an amount of constraint can be seen within her, making forgiving choices like landing a crippling blow rather than a lethal one. However should she be pushed too far, this forgiveness is easily dispelled.
~
Ultimately, Koemi is a bit of an enigma holding many different personas at once.

Origin Myth:
Alone in a silent, tasteless, white void, a large family searched endlessly for somewhere to call home. They were unable to navigate, and unable to communicate in this endeavor, so for a great amount of time the family would constantly grow smaller as a member or two would get lost in the void and break from the flock. Soon there were only two members of the family left, a female, and a young male who had followed her closely the entire time. It was the closest thing to a bond this family had known, she had become a mother, and he her son in a way. The two tirelessly continued until something changed in the still world, shapes were beginning to form, the first sounds could be heard, the blank existence in which they lived was coming to an end as the world was finally being born.
~
But before the ground beneath them had gained it's solid state, the young male of the family's astonishment caused him to look away from the female for just a moment. He was no longer near her, and sight of one another was no longer possible. While she took her first step into the newly created world- he was destined to be left behind. But order, and reason, and love, had all now existed, and the universe seemed to take pity on this broken family. The young one was able to enter the mortal plane along with his loved one, though not in the same form as her. And while she was able to directly connect with this world, he was able to guide the lost members of the family, gathering them to the girl whom could properly give them a home.

So here stands a woman clad in black, and around her the ravens whom she calls kin.

Abilities:

Resonance Remnants -
Koemi's swarm is capable of firing razor-like feathers towards an aimed location, upon command they can also release a harmonious tone at the blanketed location causing the feathers to detonate releasing smaller fragments. Additionally the area decorated with this ability also becomes an environmental hazard, sharp feathers now being littered across the battlefield are capable of poking barefoot enemies' feet..

Assimilate Assembly -
Koemi's voice being the conductor of the swarm, is able to match the tone of a single bird at a time amplifying the destructive power of it's own cry. While under the effect of Assimilate Assembly, Koemi is immobile and must devote all attention to the bird she is empowering, nonetheless, this bird's shrill call is able to unleash devastating waves of sound upon the area it is attacking while the remaining flock are free to defend Koemi.

Curtain Call -
Koemi calls the swarm to her, during this time they fly at fast pace encircling her at high speed while releasing a low frequency sound outside of their spinning formation. The sound deters small projectiles while the birds viciously defend melee attacks during this time, Koemi's movement is greatly hindered while this is active.
Equipment:

Mourning Bombazine -
The lovely dress Koemi dons lavishly. It's super stylish, comfortable, and also holds the mystical property of being able to house all of her ravens. Except Pitch, who's perched on her shoulders most of the time.

Pitch, The Cantor -
This lovely bird isn't really justified as equipment, but since he doesn't fit anywhere else. Pitch is the leader of the Choiring Swarm, he's the second in command and the messenger from Koemi to his brothers and sisters when smaller things are being handled. He is capable of speaking in human tongue, though usually speaks telepathically with Koemi for convenience.
She can't see with them, but her mainbro bird collects the info from them and then passes it to her.
Which is sort of like cameras, but less direct.
Can't cut through soul music Rode.
My ravens can shoot feathers of death, and sing "Ain't no mountain high enough!"
I don't think themes matter as long as they fit the character~

Rhys

"It's large, from the information we've gathered... It's a few feet taller than the walls surrounding the capital. Additionally it's exterior is extremely strong, so stabbing it in the legs until it falls down probably won't be the best approach. Other than those two things, that's all we know miss. But if I had to go with my wits, rather than the stated information, I'd say It's probably a large slow-moving colossi who's sole purpose is to be able take hits while it's strength covers for it's lack of speed. I could be wrong, but we've not explored all of Daear yet so who knows how things may have adapted. "
Oh, Great General

"Three, less than I assumed. But who am I to question those who didn't appear, they are smart, not to go out there and risk their lives.. We're made for war after-all, not hunting."

The seemingly amused figure snickered visibly to the small bunch. Then, as the general calmed quickly, pulled out from the donned uniform a scroll of paper bearing the nations seals. Laying it on the wooden floor and unraveling the parchment to reveal it's contents.

"In two days, each nation will send volunteers to the dormant battlefield. While the ceasefire that has been established is active, none of the voluntary parties, regardless of background, may harm one another throughout the duration of this period. The sole enemy will be the unknown monsters that have appeared, one is solely the main priority, being the large creature that appeared within the active warzone and caused discord for each of the nations while in combat. There are no special conditions for those who partake in this venture, the rate in which you annihilate this threat is advised to be quick and thus the quicker you return, the larger the reward's sum will be."

With this the general turned the script towards them so they may read it themselves, as they'd be more concerned with it themselves. Remaining silent, standing, and placing two hands behind the back in proper posture.

"Any questions?"
Alexander Da Great

Alexander nodded as Domenico answered the question at hand. Though soon after another was asked "“Uuuuummm, will our transport and supplies be provided? If so, can we choose what supplies and horses ourselves? Then you guys pay for it of course.”" Said one of the Hammer's crew. Which brought the man to a bit of a dumbfounded pause, was this part thought through, or were all of the nations just going to send them on their way and give them no assistance? Well, that didn't really matter since he was not them, and did not need to ponder their course of action.

"A Teleportation Spell, horses won't like it where you'll be going. As for your supplies, you're free to take as much as you need and can hold, however there will be no way for us to constantly keep you sustained while you're out there. And if you think there is, like, transporting them via spell to a certain location? Well, since there's a lot of residual mana in that area- transportation magic isn't really reliable from a long distance. Which might birth another question, will you be definitely transported to the Open Scar? Not sure, you let us know when you get back? Any further questions?"
Quickly jumping into the truck as her partner spoke, the girl was now exhausted far beyond response, landing horizontally sprawled across the two people now in the seats and sluggishly coming into a comfortable position between the two. Rather than giving any of the two a sign of understanding or response, Marzia snored in response to nanno and dribbled slobber onto herself in the deep comatose she had placed herself in.

Soon though, the car was speeding through academy city formula-one style. The shifting of her body landed her first onto the 'objective', and then her head shooting towards her partner's rib cage. The force of the latter awoke the girl, unhappily, a leg had been on the green-haired woman, and her head was now sore.

"Huh? Quit driving like a maniac..."

With this sole response, the woman returned to her still-lifeless state.
Also tentative interested.
