Simple edit that didn't mess with any of the backstory. My favorite kind! Looking forward to this one.

Right? I'm in this Star Wars RP, and i was usin' a character that I use for all my SW RP's, cuz I always continue the story where the last one left off. Had to sever and rebuild like half the damn CS. It was Totally crazy and a huge time sink. At any rate, Accepted!
Hey. I'm game. But I wanna be a Mando.

Trust me you haven't seen how bad i can be. If anything i'm being nice to you.

Didn't ask you to be nice? Did I?
Apparently you think I did. So here. I'll be blunt.
Just don't bother commenting on how I rp unless I persopnally affect you. I wont comment on how you rp unless you personally affect me. I trust the GM to get the point across on his own, which he did. I am asking politely, please afford the GM the same trust that he can handle me if I get out of hand, because the way you handled being nice was very frustrating and confrontational.
I dont want or need confrontation. Can you gripe about me one more time and then agree with me on that truce? Is that acceptable?

Name: DaneSpecies: HylianSpecific Description: Dane stands at approximately 6'2", with blonde hair and blue eyes, with a lithe, atheltic build that hides not only a strong body, but a strong mind and will. Has a lightly tanned complexion, but looks like a normal Hylian otherwise, including the pointed ears. MaleTypical Species abilities: Hylians have a strong skill with both magic and martial combat. Dane uses both as a swordsman, turning his magic inward to increase his natural reflexes and strength to greater heights than a normal swordsman, even imbuing slashes and thrusts with fire and wind spells. Also has a great amount of dexterity and speed, allowing him to more aptly wield his duel weapons.Personal Skills: Duel Sword wielder, knows how to cook a variety of food form a long time in the wilds, but also knows which berries are poisonous. If you aren't someone he feels he can trust, he might just slip a poisonous one into your food.Starting equipment: Twin long swords, sheathed on his back, leather armor that he's, of course, wearing. Pouch of 100 rupies, pouch of berries and pouch of jerky. Small pack with a pot, mug, and silverwear for cooking and eatingHome: Kokiri forest, away from the villageBackstory: Dane is an interesting character, having been born in Castle Town but spending most of his life out in the forests and fields of Hyrule. His father was a ranger of sorts who spent his time hunting out pockets of monsters, stalfos, wolfos and the like, and wiping them out with both magic and blade. When he grew to be old enough, his father began to teach him how to properly use a sword, starting with basic parries, slashes and thrusts and eventually going into more advanced maneuvers. Dane, however, never knew his mother, who his father said died of an illness when Dane was no older than two years of age. The magic his father knew he learned from his mother and so it was the same magic that Dane learned, though in his travels he has learned other forms of magic as well. In the years since he was old enough to wander as a ranger himself, he's lost his father and the small home they had lived in and now has a small cabin built on the edge of Kokiri Forest well away from the old village. He didn't like the feeling he got from it when he passed by and he could remember his father clearing out monsters from there more than once in his youth. For now, he is in Castle Town, investgating the shops for the goods he needs before returning to his cabin in the woods and resuming his monster hunting ways. He also spends time in Telma's Bar to see what information he can get about happenings in the other lands.Current Location: Castle TownHere you are, I can edit this as needed.

Well for the most part this is all good, but he can't have been living in kokiri forest in particular. The forest is surrounded and protected on all sides by the Lost woods, which only the Kokiri can survive entering and leaving because of the protection granted them by their fairies. Link could only do it cuz of Navi. "All others become stalfos." The forests of hyrule are just fine, its not like kokiri is the only one. I suggest the Odon forest. Other than that though, you're good!

I'm gonna be massively blunt. It's the fact that when one responds like it comes to mind, it's short. This is casual and a paragraph-2 is what's best, i mean if you really have nothing to say i'm sure the gm would let it slide but when you respond to everypost like that one gets lost. I mean what if it transitioned a page? I'd be stuck reading a series of posts or i would just skip them, and if there was a response to me or another rper in one of those posts i skipped then i might not understand or someones feelings might get hurt because i didn't acknowledge them. You can call me an ass but at least i'm blunt.

I dont respond to every post. And I do include at least a paragraph. And the whole someones feelings might get hurt if I dont respond to theirs thing is ridiculous because nobody gets that butthurt over something like that... Because thats ridiculous. I know you in particular seem to like to rebuke me, which I honestly don't mind, but at least have legitimate things to say. In the future, unless you are being personally affected, I would prefer you in particular dont jump on the bandwagon the way you do. You aren't being blunt, you're being an ass. This is being blunt.

Yeah, the post is a little too short. Not meaning to jump on you, Angel.

Okay, thats noted and valid. In the future I will wait until I have more to share and type it up in a longer post. No problem.

Angel.I applaud your enthusiasm however give other people chances to post, speed posting isn't something to typically happen in Casual, perhaps others had input to add? Not to mention that it would have been Heats turn, My Turn or even someone who isn't on the bridges left. In speed posting all you do is move things fast that makes it hard for others with less free time to keep up, and end up with shorter posts.Quality of posts over quantity my dear, again I applaud your enthusiasm but it is quite a lot.

I am aware that I post more than most people, but you may note that I haven't posted anything plot advancive at all with my last two posts. Just responded to people. Or thought a little. Don't take this as me being rude, but I don't see the problem. I'm not shutting anyone out, just providing my responses as they come to mind. As someone normally would. This is to add quality to the character, and it has nothing to do with quantity. I understand the abnormality of posting after every other response but thats a rarity and only happens when thats what the character would do right then. You'll have to excuse my suspension of disbelief from time to time.

On an unrelated note, anybody care to drop-out?

Not me! I'm just waiting for things to happen. I think that would require us to be all in one place though. I have no problem with the whole girl on girl flirt... but it sure has taken alot of posts...
