Also. Even Romani is wrong in a way as it goes mainly to Romanians, which are 2 distinct people.
Wanderer is the preferred term for gaming as for what we use is : Rromani.
I know it's similar but it makes quite a difference, for us.

Powers/Drawbacks: Teleportation: She can send herself and/or anyone to anyplace she visited before and knows the place by heart or places she sees.
Force Field: Zatanna can create magical shields to withstand bullets, blasts, blows and explosions. The greater the size or density of the shield the more effort it takes Zatanna to hold.

A minor skill that Zatanna has is Umbrakinesis: Generate and manipulate magic shadows but it's taxing on her power and she can get drained completely from using this kind of magic.

Mnemonic Incantation: Zatanna casts her spells by saying the words of her incantations backwards. Mnemonic incantation is the most complicated of the mystic arts. She must be able to speak or read backwards in order for her to focus her spells.
Vulnerability to Magic: Powerful enchantments against beings of magic, like gods, are able to restrict her as well, preventing her from accessing enchanted places or dispel the adverse charm.

Bio: Zatanna's father was a common enemy of the original Teen Titans but never wished for Zatanna to join him in his villainy so when she was 6, she sent her to live with her mother in Europe.
Her mother didn't knew about Zatanna's father villainous career and it came as a surprise for her when she saw Zatanna on her doorstep with some money and a message "Keep her safe, J."
When Zatanna was old enough to leave her home, she went back into the States to talk with her father. Her powers were getting stronger and wished for her father to train her. That was when the Teen Titan program was announced with no information on the whereabouts of her father, she joined the Teen Titans in the hope she will learn to control her powers.

  Other uses of her magic include but are not limited to creation of Shadow Golems (her greatest achievement) that while are taxing on her power are impenetrable to normal weapons and can only be defeated by magical means.
• SKILL NAME:Master Alchemist - Alexis is capable of creating potions using ingredients from around her. Potions that explode when thrown, accelerate healing of common injuries or even potions that can help focus the mind of a mage are just some uses of her skill.
• SKILL NAME:Master of Arcane Studies - Alexis trained a better part of her life studying magic and other different magical related artifacts, to the point that she can determine how a spell is used or how to dispel it. Only the most complex spells are beyond her skill.
• SKILL NAME:Expert Enchantress - Alexis used her magic to imbue common objects with power. Sleeping aids, danger sensing amulets and things like that are within her skill.
• SKILL NAME:Expert Light Magic - While not a master at this magic type, Alexis is able to generate or manipulate light with her mind. While different from her shadow magic, the principles remain the same. She can create light around herself or her allies and can create tendrils of solid light.
• SKILL NAME:Journeyman marksman - When everything else fails, Alexis was known to throw knives at her enemies or her potions.

• MAGIC SPELL: Shadow Golem - Alexis's master spell that is unique to her as she herself becomes the Golem. Shadows appear around her and then enter her, making her big as a house, stronger than 5 men and impervious to non-magical attacks.
• MAGIC SPELL: Pure Light Cage - Alexis's favorite light magic spell. Alexis has to see her target and light has to shine on it. If no light us available, she can create the necessary light herself but that would eat away at her power faster.
• MAGIC SPELL:Shadow Armor - Alexis covers the body of herself/allies with solid shadow. The durability of the armor is determined by how much power she imbues it with.
• MAGIC SPELL: Solid Shadow Creation/Manipulation - Alexis's most favored spell. She conjures shadows or uses the ones surrounding her to create different shapes. From arrows to human sized weapons.

Artifacts

A listing of acquired artifacts. Maximum of three.

• ARTIFACT: Robe of the Magi- This artifact was inherited by Alexis from her mother, a witch in her own right. It acts as a catalyst for Alexis's shadow magic. While looking as a normal robe, it is far from it. It was enchanted by a power witch to be impermeable, fireproof and made so that it absorbs kinetic force. It also makes Alexis resistant to some amount of damage.
• ARTIFACT:Danger Sensing Amulet - An artifact of Alexis's own creation. Detects danger that the one which wears it might face.

History

Myth / Legend:Alexis's story is controversial. She led a rebellion against her own kingdom that persecuted magic users. She and her twin were at opposite sides of the conflict. Alexis fought for the liberation of mages while her twin believed that magic wielders should be persecuted.
In other words, Alexis lived in a time of great strife. She always tried to make her twin understand that her cause was just but the antipathy between them only grew stronger each time they met on the battlefield. In the end, the same mages that she tried to protect betrayed her.
She told every mage what she was about to do, assassinate the king and take control over the kingdom. That was her downfall.
While she was planning the assassination, her child had been abducted by her twin.
The child came from a relationship in her teen years, the father, a paladin, refused to acknowledge the child as his own because of Alexis's supposed "demonic features". So, Alexis raised the child while fighting a losing war.
Mara was abducted by Alexis's twin (Georgia) and when she surrendered herself for Mara's life, she was killed by Georgia.
Who betrayed Alexis and led the King's men to Mara is something she didn't knew.

Parents: Maria Darksong was a powerful witch in her time and George Darksong was an adventurer whom Maria laid with.
Siblings:Georgia Darksong, Alexis's twin and killer
Childhood:Alexis and her twin were close as children. They played together, protected one another and were always seen together but there was a major difference between them. Alexis had magic while her sister didn't and in a kingdom where magic was viewed as evil, it eventually drew a rift between them.
Adulthood:Throughout her adulthood Alexis studied magic and occasionally fight with Georgia based on their different view of magic users.
What drew her to start the rebellion was the prime point of adulthood. It all started with the execution of 27 possible mages by the King's Georgia was one of the so-called-paladins that executed the mages. That was when Alexis declared war on the kingdom. 2 years prior to her death, Alexis was lovestruck with a paladin she fought a few times. Somehow in the middle of the conflict the paladin fell in love with her too but it was just a brief moment. As soon as Alexis told him that she was with child, the paladin broke all contact with her.
