Why? Are you concerned that there won't be enough action?

Because it would be easy for me and @Sigma to get a Xim vs. Federation war going on again- a war in which everyone would start taking sides and leading to an intergalactic World War.

OR perhaps MONARCH has some kind of systems failure, leading to a drone accidentally firing on someone of another nation, raising tensions between the two groups and all their allies.

OR perhaps a group of rouge not-Kazzlehorfs stir up distrust between Kazzlehorf and other nations.

Few of our nations are conquerors, but many of them are paranoid, unfriendly and distrusting of eachother. It wouldn't be hard to turn that into tension, economic warfare, cold war, or just plain war. None of the nations in WW1 were evil, X'Cor-style villains, and yet it still happened.

Just one more empire that is all conquer-y in nature with a different mindset from the X'cor is really all I want. A conqueror with more of a 'benevolent dictator' edge for instance. The sort of civ that believes "we have to make everyone citizens of our civilization, it is our burden". (The New Aghellion Republic may fill this niche already)

Kazzlehorf rogues? That is pretty much what Captain Kasahov will be since Kasahov has gone a several more steps beyond simply not having the same behaviorisms as Kazzlehorf. Kazzlehorf normally would just kill and make canned non-Kazzlehorf of Kasahov, but Kazzlehorf you see takes ludicrous extremes to ensure absolute conformity at all costs. So that is why it wants Kasahov not only dead, but also to be as morbidly tortured for as long as possible and to have in-depth, high resolution footage of said torture.

Kazzlehorf will be that force that is at the back of people's heads. It's mere existence probably is the subject of all kinds of abhorrence even if Kazzlehorf isn't innately aggressive like other forces in the Alpha Quadrant are.

(We probably need more conquering empires. To my knowledge there's only one so far.)
Kazzlehorf is good guy!

Why is Kazzlehorf being grouped with those vicious animals?
Kazzlehorf didn't want to be in your dumb alliance anyways.
That will never happen.

Kazzlehorf will ensure it.

As the end game is to be Kazzlehorf until the heat death of the universe; so that all that is left is Kazzlehorf, for all eternity.
No!

That is bad bad bad bad bad.

My species may actually start making functional societies that aren't doomed to perpetual stagnation (provided they don't get killed off in the war anyways), that can't be allowed to happen.
You will never be Kazzlehorf.

Deal with it.
The egomaniac who created Kazzlehorf at least died in a suitably ironic way. (There was literally no funerals or big memorial parades for Kazzlehorf since no one even noticed the "real" Kazzlehorf ever died to begin with)
A faction that is all drones. Surely you understand Kazzlehorf.

Honestly though the only reason kazzlehorf isn't hated like the X'cor is because Kazzlehorf's idea of galactic conquest is to wait until everyone else destroys each other.
Kazzlehorf is what you'd expect if some egomaniac decided to kill the rest of his own species and repopulate the world with clones of himself who must behave exactly like himself (at least from a personality standpoint. A slight amount of leeway exists because Kazzlehorf with billions of Kazzlehorf can achieve every dream job Kazzlehorf ever wanted to do). Drones pretty much build all the infrastructure since Kazzlehorf likes drones a lot. Drones are his best friend.

The civilization before Kazzlehorf became Kazzlehorf was actually pretty advanced and much more individualistic. But that fact is pretty hard to find with all previous pre-Kazzlehorf cultures kinda not having any proof of ever existing because kazzlehorf destroyed it all or modified it to better fit Kazzlehorf's perfection. Kazzlehorf pretty much modified and revised shitloads of data from earlier times to omit the existence of any non-Kazzlehorf individuals (while keeping the technical data) which is why Kazzlehorf isn't a stone age civilization. Kazzlehorf claims to have made basically everything in its 'domain'. Ask too many questions about where Kazzlehorf came from and you might end up being attacked by shit loads of drones.
