Yeah, it does sound likely to be a part of the coding that simply got missed in the recreation process.
Indeed. Everything here's built from the ground up - I doubt this site is Mahz's priority in life, so I'm not surprised things are missed.

Firstly, this site has multiple tabs (note that I am mentioning you from a different page than the one you posted in - at the top it is designated OOC; you posted in the IC). Such a question is best set for the OOC.
In this case, you create a character with the below quoted format, and then post it in the OOC for the resident GM to review and accept if it's decent.
And once the GM determines your submission is decent, you post it here:
