Oh really now? Well, on the note that you so willingly crossed out I assure you that I am no damsel to be taken.
Is this a challenge? >;)
You'll need to build a proper marketing campaign, parsing out who you want and what sort of people those might be. Then performing appropriate marketing research to determine where these people are and what they like so as to tailor advertising to these people. Then designing an attractive targeting ad to post in those relevant areas, while providing content in this so as not to waste their time.
BS. Just promise to deport the spambots, build a wall, ban all undesirable roleplayers and make [Insert Roleplaying Section] Great Again.
^You can spare that length from me, as I don't think my interest or activity would hold out if I did make an app for this.
