For the sake of consistency, I think it wouldn't be a bad idea for each player to provide a writing style sample so that each person writing the other character in question has a baseline to work off in addition to the character sheet rather than guessing on elements of the other character and simply going by stats without a writing sample, particularly at the beginning. I figure it might also prevent the potential issue of "why the hell would my character do that, he doesn't even ___".
