Casual RPer looking for a nation RP

You'd have to check with the nation RPs yourself. Casual is a rare instance, and as far as advanced goes, Nation RPs are about the top in the site when they last past the interest stage (can sometimes be a miracle by itself, really). Still, if you're willing to put in a bit of effort to keep up, I'm sure someone will say 'sure'.
