Without waiting for a response for aiding the boy at the French restaurant, Lupie continues to travel the city in search of survivors fulfilling her duty as a hero and treating the civilians in an ambulance.

"Over there! " She exclaimed as she sees the commotion in the streets. An ambulance drifts into the scene at high speed where Twisted Metal, Hunter, Blazing Fist and Eraserhead was fighting. Its tires screech and does a sharp turn. The doors flap open as Lupie exit the vehicle and leaps into the air, wielding a plasma knife on both hands, pouncing on the bandage assassin. Hunter had to let go of his hold on Aizawa's scarf to counter-attack as he grabbed his knife and parry the incoming Heroine's sudden strike. Both blades lock one another as Hunter and Lupie contest each other.

Unfortunately for Hunter, with one whirling fluid movement, Lupie manages to sneak one in and plunges one of her gamma knife on Hunter's arms, leaving it there buried and leaps back to a safe distance.

With a smug look of satisfaction on her face, she projects another energy knife, striking an attacking pose as she prepares to engage once more.

"You interfering bitch! A simple flesh wound can't stop me" Hunter angrily yelled and straight out pulls out the dagger out of his skin. His heart skips a beat as he felt pain and paralysis where the blade struck and realizes he can't use his quirk to close the wound.

"What the..." He steps back in disbelief as another hero arrives on the scene. The numbers game is definitely in the Hero's favor and realizes He freed Eraserhead from his clutches. @Rafiel_purewing

"What do you mean? I think I got the looks of the professional agent shtick on point." Caz said to Griffin, twirling his trenchcoat as if it was a dress, teasing the Vampire a bit. geez, why is this guy so uptight?

"But in all seriousness, judging by the mess this creature made, I say its execution is kinda sloppy, It has the perfect kill spot and yet it just chooses to bruise its victim, an unfinished business if you ask me." Caz scoffs, taking a glimpse at the injured victim.

"I say whoever is responsible for this is highly aggressive and this schmuck here seems to provoke it. ofcourse, that's just my input" Caz said to the two.

"Did you talk to the victim? can he describe what the suspect looks like?" Caz asked the two.

Intangibility- Caz can phase through walls, making himself untouchable to a certain degree

Drain Touch - Caz can absorb the lifeforce out of his victims via making contact with it.

Icy Aura- Caz produces a chilling aura whenever he is around and can lower the temperature of an area to a certain extent.

Spirit Transformation(Raven) - Caz can transform himself into a Ghost-like Raven whenever he pleases.

Strengths:
Master Tracker - Caz is knowledgeable about hunting and tracking down humans or object.
Hand to Hand combat- his military training comes handy when fighting close quarters
Sniper- Caz is proficient when wielding a variety of firearms.

Weaknesses: Salt, Holy property items, Iron

Bio: Caz is a soldier fighting for the U.S during the 2nd world war and was betrayed by his most trusted comrades and sold him to the Nazi in exchange for their lives and valuable information about the U.S plans. He was held a prisoner and was tortured endlessly. Even in pain, Caz's mind is filled nothing more but vengeance and hatred and even resort to Witchcraft to get his revenge on those who wronged him. During his last dying moments inside his cell, Caz performed a blood pact ritual and sold his soul to the devil. A representative of the underworld answered the desperate soldier's call and granted him his request to fulfill his revenge. He returned to the mortal realm as an apparition with otherworldly powers and was bound by a contract and use this given time to kill his comrades that betrayed him.

After Caz finished his revenge on his hit list, His contractor extended his contract to do his errands here in the mortal realm as part of the deal. Caz has no choice but to accept since he bound by this pact. His otherworldly recommended Cas to join in BoSa for the time being. Caz now serves the BoSa as an agent until his last breath or his contract expires.

A spectral raven flew by the neighborhood and swoops down in a dark alley. The ghostly bird lands on the other side of the street as it emits an ominous aura and the temperature around the place began to turn chilly. Caz began to metamorphs into his human form as he noticed there's one drunken hobo sitting in the dark who saw and was bewildered by his transformation as if he has seen a ghost. He wickedly smiles at the old man and tosses him a coin, putting a finger on his lips signaling a 'shush' sign. The man was still dumbfounded and hasn't moved from his spot, obviously in shock by what he just witness. Caz casually passes him by paying no attention to him like nothing happened.

He went across the street and approach the vampire and the combat medic to investigating the crime scene.

"Tall, Pale, Gloomy... You must be Griffin" Caz said with a smirk. "My name is Caz, I was sent by the agency to aid with you guys just in case." He said taking off his hat as a courteous gesture. "So would you mind filling me in on what's the situation here?" He asked.

Hunter's neck crack in a disturbing way and twisted his head into a complete 160 degree like an owl as he notices Twisted Metal charging in towards Eraserhead while is in the way. Seizing the opportunity of Aizawa getting stab by a dagger from out of nowhere, Hunter immediately reacted and docks out of the way, doing a combat roll while he divert his attention.

He relocates his arms around his back, freeing his arms from being subdued and forcefully tugs Aizawa's scarf with around his neck making him choke with his own weapon and holding him down.

With Hunter's wide field of vision, separating his eyes from side to side of his face. He saw a glimpse who aided him and smirk. Surprisingly, these random villains have better chemistry than the pro heroes.

"I wonder which one will kill you first, the suffocation or becoming Roadkill by Twisted Metal!" He taunted, choking him down with his own scarf, as Twisted Metal charges towards the subdued pro-hero.@Rafiel_purewing@Skinner35

That's not a bad idea since Hunter's quirk isn't as destructive as the other villains are to cause a stir in the city.

"My, what a scary quirk...this metal dude is really a powerhouse." Hunter's eyes rapidly twist and turn around his face like a chameleon trying to figure out what's going on in this chaotic neighborhood. He stays hidden in an alleyway and watched the heroes assembled and apprehend the villain who calls himself Twisted Metal and assess some villains who take advantage of the situation.

"Well I'll be damn, looks like we have a celebrity here" At the corner of his eye, Hunter caught a glimpse of Aizawa rushing in the scene, trying to stop the rampaging villain for extending his metallic construction furthermore.

Hunter's greed got the best of him and didn't hesitate to join in the fray. He starts his motorcycle and rushes to the scene, driving real fast, loading his uzi and fires away full auto, intercepting the scarf with his bullets, throwing off Aizawa's aim before it reaches Twisted metal.

He quickly passes them by, doing sharp turn and momentary put his motorcycle on standby and loads another magazine and points his gun at Eraserhead. "Your bounty is mine, Eraserhead." he said without taking off his helmet. @Rafiel_purewing
