You can consolidate or stay split up, doesn't matter much to me as long as you don't insist on staying half a world away for the foreseeable future.

EDIT: As I hate to double-post in RP OOC threads (and don't feel this is worthy of a separate post anyways), I'm editing into this comment that the IC will not be going live today (Monday, June 3rd) due to summer classes and associated work. I will try to make sure the IC goes live on Wednesday, but I don't feel I can promise that with how fast paced I'm expecting one of my classes to be. Luckily I've only got two days of classes, so my time shouldn't ever be totally consumed by summer school.

Apologies for this delay and I hope it doesn't last longer than I'm expecting it to.

Cartelom is the military center of Rhogein. You can expect the walls to be strong and the soldiers to be well equipped. However they rely on imports from other cities, such as raw materials from the mines near Amal. In exchange they provide specialized training for guards and soldiers, protections for caravans moving valuable supplies, and they are currently spearheading the search for the undead origin. They have the best scouts in the land, and send out scouting parties almost every day.

Sorry if this isn't enough, I don't have it written down yet and I'm having trouble thinking straight at the moment.

@YeetMeister Accepted, though I should've said that Dread Knights were first encountered after the first days of the plague, and the RP now takes place 3 months after the undead first appeared. The first to rise were the Liches, then Bone Men, Ghouls, and finally Dread Knights. Or, that was the idea. Didn't communicate that too well, and that's 100% on me.

I was thinking of starting either Monday or Wednesday, as I don't want to leave everyone waiting around here forever, but I'm hoping we can get the last of our applicants in by then.

And we can start wherever we want, but it seems like Cartelom is the hot new vacation destination.

@FistOfZeus Well you've got my attention. This could result in some interesting situations, and might afford me the ability to be as wacky or vague as I see fit. Could certainly be fun... though it would tether you to me to an extent. But if you're okay with that then I really only have maybe a few problems. We'll get to that, though, I just want to clarify that I'm on the same page.

So you're wanting something like clairvoyance or divination, with me providing the vision that may or may not actually be true... to them be interpreted by the unstable mind of your character? I'm not sure if there's precedent for magic working quite like that, but I like that. If you can explain how your character might have acquired such a rare gift, and whether or not the mental instability is related, then that might sway my decision. You can send me a PM if you'd rather discuss there, especially if you want to talk about anything you deem as "confidential" regarding your character.
