Prince Xander

19 Years Old

________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

"For a prince you sure do complain and argue a lot."

Mamoru of Orden

22 Years Old
Name - Michael Lance

Alias - The Black Hood, Hood, Black Arrow, Arrow (He never chose his own name and would often go by whatever the tabloids would call him)

Age - 19

Sponsor - Black Canary

Personality - Defensive, prideful, and brash. He is nearly an exact copy of his Uncle Ollie.

Powers - Michael has no powers. All he has is the training that he received from his Uncle Ollie and his Aunt Dinah, as well as a few trick arrows left over from his Uncle Ollie.

Weaknesses - All in all, he is just another normal person. The suit helps out some, but nearly anything could kill him if the opportunity presented itself.

Appearance -

BRIEF Bio - Son of Sara Lance, Black Canary's sister, Michael looked up to his Aunt and Uncle, often spending much of his time with them whenever he could listening to the stories of their exploit with the League. While his mother may have wanted him to not turn out to be like them it was pointless. He was hooked from day one and would do whatever it took to become League members like them. After a year of begging and pleading, they finally relented and began to teach him, although never allowing him to join them on any missions.

At 16, they nearly disowned him after he followed them on what was suppose to be a simple run around Star City that escalated into a gunfight between two rival gangs. Michael made it out unharmed thanks to his training and the safety net of his Aunt and Uncle being around. For the next few years he had to earn their trust again and by the time he was 18 they had finally forgiven him. It was short lived however as his Uncle Ollie died shortly after.

Depressed he left Star City and began to travel the world honing the skills he had learned testing them in any situation he could. Shortly after his 19th birthday he received word from his Aunt who asked him to return to Star City and join as a member of the Young Justice program.

Notes - Michael has two gifts that he received from his Aunt and Uncle. Stock in his Uncles company, and a leather jacket from his Aunt. The two would often argue over which would be the more useful to Michael.

Sample Post -

Michael sat at a workbench making more of his trick arrows when a soft thump nearby drew his attention away. "You know I was wondering when the League was gonna send someone." He spun around on his stool to look at none other than his Aunt Dinah, the Black Canary. "I didn't expect them to send my own Aunt to put me down though."

"You're just as pessimistic as your Uncle Ollie." She muttered under her breath as she looked around the abandoned warehouse that Michael was using as his current headquarters. "It's a little bare for a secret headquarters don't you think?" She asked as she turned her attention to him. "And I've told you before, the League doesn't 'put people down' we send them to a farm where they can romp and play all day." The comment brought a smile to each of their faces as Dinah grabbed the only other stool in the entire warehouse and set it besides Michael at the workbench, and leaning towards him as he returned to finish the arrow he was working on. "Thanks for putting another stool in here by the way."

"Well I figured that they'd send someone eventually to speak to me about all this," He waved his hand around nonchalantly to mean his current base of operations where he conducted his nightly vigilante agenda. "I was being honest though, I never expected them to send you." He finished the arrow and looked over at his Aunt. "It is good to see you though," Another smile spread across his face. "So what brings you to town?" He asked as he turned on the stool to face her.

"It's great to see you again, too, sweetheart." She said as she brushed his cheek, something she did when he was younger to soften the blow of what she always said afterwards. "But it's time for you to put and end to your time as a vigilante and come back home."

The mention of home reminded him of his Uncle Ollie and caused a slight frown to flash across his face for a brief moment. "You can't stop me from doing this, even if I did go home."

"I don't want you to stop, sweetheart, but I do worry about you being alone out here. That's why I want you to be apart of the Young Justice program that the League is starting."

Michael let out a sigh and looked around the warehouse at the few table filled with arrow stands and the case holding his outfit and bow. "You mind helping me pack up my things?" He asked looking back at his Aunt.

"I'd love to." Dinah said smiling again and pulling Michael into a hug. "It's gonna be great having you back home."
I'd give Mason to Ace if it would mean we'd get some more posts up.
Well, my interest have been piqued by basic idea two. It's been awhile since I played Twilight Princess (or any LoZ game for that matter), but if you're still looking for someone I'd be interested in giving it a shot.
*Looks at cupcakes* It'd be a shame to have to waste these.
Yeah, seeing as you're the only one with the true plan we don't want that happening.
Ah, yes! My tyrannical reign performance as the Speaker truly begins!

If there's anything that you would like the Speaker say or do just let me know, otherwise I'll just kinda continue to wing it.
No, my brain screams constantly. It happens when you become an 'adult'. Something no one ever really prepares you for.

And that's the wrong Joseph. The Joseph I'm talking about wasn't the leader of Russia during a World War. But damn him too!

Anyway, I've got my post up and improvised a bit of the info about Aaron without really adding anything to big to the storyline and answered Cecelia and Asia's questions while leaving it kinda opened. If I need to change anything just let me know Gin.
"Ooooooooooh, wow!" Mason marveled as they entered into the Hall of Council. "Now that is a sight!" Mason said turning to look at Atticus. "Don't you think so?"

Atticus couldn't help but marvel along with his ghost. This was the first time he had stepped into the Hall of Council and it was rather intimidating at first. In the entire room the only place to stand was in front of an altar like table upon a raised dais. A row of short windiow near the ceiling let in the light of the setting sun, and depending on the time of day those standing were either blinded by the light or the light bathed those sitting at the table in an ethereal light. For now it was the latter. Sitting in the center of the table was the Speaker, and around the rest of the table sat the Vanguard to his right; Cayde-6, Ikora Rey, and Commander Zavala. The heads of each of the City's factions to his left; Lakshmi-2, Arach Jalaal, and Executor Hideo. At either end of the table sat the remaining members, the cryptarch Master Rahool and the Queen of the Reef's emissary Petra Venj. The sight of all of these people together gave him the impression that he was to be judged, tried, and executed for some crime rather than be sent on a mission for the City.

A soft click coming from Mason dragged him from his thoughts of being judged and he could see the Ghost's eye seeming to focus in on the group at the table. "Are," Another soft click left the Ghost. "Are you taking pictures right now?"

One more click left the Ghost and Mason turned to look at Atticus. "Maybe, I mean it's not like we're gonna get to see something like this to often." Mason looked back at the group at the table. "You think the Speaker will pose for a picture with me?"

"No, I don't!" Atticus said as sternly as he could without laughing at Mason's comment as they neared the center of the room. "Now please just be quiet and let the Speaker talk without any interruption from you."

Mason let out a huff but agreed and remained silent as the Speaker told those gathered more about their mission. From what little intel that they had been given he had gathered that they would be looking for Aaron the Ranger, he had assumed though that they would be looking for a dead man though given the rumors of his death. He was thrown further for another loop at the existence of a weapon designed to combat the Darkness. Vayen had stepped up to speak first for the group, attempting to call out the Speaker on his cryptic way of speaking, but gained no new information. Cecelia was the next to try and get more out of the Speaker, but before he could answer her the newest of the group, Asia, also asked a question of him.

The Speaker waited a moment to gather himself before answering the two. "Aaron's last mission took him to Venus searching for more information on this weapon. He landed at the Ishtar Sink on Venus and we were able to keep track of his position by way of his Ghost. Upon reaching the Ishtar Academy his Ghost went dark." The Speaker looked around at the Guardians, making it look like he was giving himself time to make sure that he wasn't giving away to much. "This was not unusual for the man, he would often do this when he ran into a situation and needed to disappear from the enemy. We here at the city waited. And we waited. And we waited. For months he did not resurface and it was assumed that Aaron's light was lost to us." He returned his attention to Cecelia. "That is until a few days ago when we received a distress beacon coming from here on Earth. We attempted to make contact with the Ghost, but there was no return message from the Ghost or Aaron. Some here believe that the Darkness may be manipulating Aaron, like it has others before, and the Ghost is seeking help before Aaron has a chance to kill the Ghost and keep the intelligence on what happened on Venus a secret."

Atticus felt the need to speak out before the Speaker went on. "Manipulated by the Darkness? Like many believe Dredgen Yor was when he killed those other Guardians, or even like Toland, the Shatter?"

"Yes," The Speaker answered turning to look at Atticus before returning his attention to Cecelia and the rest of her question. "Aaron was sent alone, because he was the first to find the intelligence on the weapon years ago. No other's have yet to find anything on any type of weapon that could combat the Darkness." Feeling he had answered Cecelia's question, although obviously leaving her in a more confused state about the weapon and questioning why she joined this mission, he moved on to answer Asia's question. "You, Guardian," He turned in his chair to face the new Guardian. "Have been chosen to prove yourself and forge your own legend among the Guardians." He gestured towards the other Guardians gathered with her. "Many of those gathered here were a fledgling much like yourself, but over the years they have begun to forge a name for themselves. They were given a chance just like you are now. You may be newly awoken to your role of a Guardian but your Light burns just as brightly as those gathered here, and we see many good things in your future."
Well, yeah that would be superb if you could, I just lost his character a bit and... Faaaaailed.
Anyway, absolutely yeah coop posts are fine. :)

Yeah, I've got no problem writing as him, and I'd be happy to write as him if anyone needed me to.

Really? I did think he was super sketch but I just have trust issues with videogame characters ever since Bioshock

I'm going to be studying all day today so sadly might not be able to post...:p

Yeah, most of the games plot was scrubbed after the lead writer and cinematic director, Joseph Staten, left Bungie. And we were left with the mess of a storyline with so many holes we could use it as a net, and Grimoire cards that we can't access on the game itself after another writer was brought in to expand what was left of the universe that wasn't scrubbed.

I'll also be getting a post up in a few hours, maybe write a bit as the Speaker to answer Dragonite's post if that's alright.
